MAC make up artists

Hey I dunno if this is the right forum but still on the mac website its possible to e-mail an artist a question. I e-mailed them asking how to get a certain look and attached a link to a pic but they e-mailed me saying they couldnt open links and to describe the look. I dunno how to describe it..is there anyway they can see pics?

you mean they couldn't open the attachment pic right?

Try uploading the picture into an image host and use that link eg photobucket

MAC artists are not permitted to open attachments as a security measure. I have in the past been able to provide a url for them to visit, but that is often iffy as well.

Well i gave them the thing begining http..i think thats a url? i dno
