I have the 130 at home and only like it for foundation around the nose, eye and mouth. This brush is however absolutely the best brush ever for cream foundations. Hands down the very best.

I made some pictures showing the MAC 130 and the Sigma SS197 for a friend.

The MAC 130 is smaller, but as dense as the Sigma 197. It looks maybe less dense because it was not so many white bristles.
The MAC 130 is ideal for this foundation.

So, do you guys think this is the best MAC brush for cream to powder foundation? I was thinking of getting the 109, but the 130 looks good too

Just called MAC PRo in Mexico and both the brush and foundation have arrived. I'm off to get them in a little while, I really don't care if I get even sicker. This has been the highlight of my awful flu filled week.

^ You're so lucky they have them already! I hope that makes you feel better

Did they happen to say if all Pro/Freestanding stores were releasing them early or just your store?

My counter wouldn't sell me the brush. She almost did and then she remembered that it hadn't come out yet and had to look up when it released. She also didn't know anything about the MILK collection. I am trying to buy Fleshpot and it's sold out online right now but counter's don't have it. Is it only at PRO stores, or do Freestanding stores have it too? TIA

I can't tell you about the 130 but as far as the 109 goes for creams/liquid foundations, it sheds like crazy

I use to use it with my studio sculpt foundation and it gives a gorgeous, flawless look but there were black hairs ALL OVER my face... not just one or two but MANY!

Oh 130 is so cute! Can't wait to get it and to try this foundation as well.
I'm actually happy 130 is small. Blending foundation around nose, under eyes etc will be easy, I bet.

i really wish this brush was bigger. i have the 109 and it doesn't shed that much, yet... but it's not easy to clean.

Everyday minerals also makes a flat top duo fibre...

I LOVE this foundation and the brush! It gives a flawless application and so far I am break out free! No oily skin, no dry skin. Its moisturizing and gives you the right coverage.

^I agree! I would like it a tad bigger but with the same density!
Maybe I got a bad 109
ssad.gif
I have heard other people saying that their's shed too though. You're lucky! I would LOVE for mine not to shed and it'd be the perfect foundation brush

Thanks! The idea of black hairs all over my face isn't appealing, so I may give the 109 a miss. Looks like I'm going to get the 130......
