Be careful with Pretty Zombie… I placed an order early September, got charged for the order and haven't heard a damn thing from them since. Currently have a claim with Pay Pal. I went on their IG page and dozens are saying the exact same thing.

Are you serious? I can't believe that happened. I heard that their shipping was pretty slow. I ordered 3 witches, black cat, potion 9 and purple poison. I had to wait 4 days before I got my confirmation from them. As soon as I received that, I told them to hurry because I needed it for a photo shoot. 3 days I received my package. I hope that you get your money back because that's not fair.

Studded Kiss was an unexpected favourite for me too. I knew I'd like it because I love my dark reds but I didn't imagine it would be my favourite out of a collection which also featured two purples. Do you have Hearts Aflame? I love that one.

I bought a Hearts Aflame off eBay for $10 over MSRP, but it included free shipping/tracking and no-tax, which made it sting a little less

Damn that's rough! That's the hazard with smaller companies, I really wanted to try their purple lipstick (its on my ever-expanding list of makeup to purchase) but the lack of communication would drive me nuts. I had to do that with a company whose hair oil I wanted to try. Looked online and there were a ton of recent reviews of people complaining about having no items or getting any response to repeated emails and phone calls. I had to just get it from another company rather than dealing with the fckery of a company that still owed people product from 2013.

Weird, I've made two orders from them and never had an issue. I have 3 witches, Zombettie and black cat and I love all three. It took me a while to get my orders but I love the lipsticks enough that it's worth the wait 3 witches is the best purple lipstick ever and black cat is the best black lipstick I've found too. They last all day.

Thanks, Naomi. I hope that Runner truly has a hint of brown. But as we know, MAC's descriptions be off. I noticed they refer to Dark Side as a burgundy but mine leans more wine-ish. *shrug* But my first Dark Side I bought 10 years ago did seem more warm/burgundy. Who knows...
