I tried a live MAC chat, too, about the collection, and the representative, Marilu, said she hadn't "heard of that". Lmao if this launches tomorrow anyway, I swear...

I love Marilu!

That was soooo random, but I'm on the MAC chat and Nordies chat so much that I know the names of most of the reps and they're quite familiar with me.

I think I pissed off Elizabeth C on the Nordies chat though, so I try to avoid her.

And WOW! She hasn't even HEARD of the collection with a day to go? This just gets weirder and weirder...

But you know, if you think about it, it doesn't. We haven't really heard anything about the collection at all for weeks now. Just the name in the MAC book.

I swear if I hear, "are you signed up to receive our e-mails?" one more time, I'm going to lose my damn mind. Im hearing different things from everywhere. I have heard from MAC online and my MAC store that NG is supposed to launch on the 4th...? All a girl wants is a good vampy lippy in a good matte formula.

I was surprised when she said that, too, but what you said is so true. There really hasn't been any word except on here, and this is a collection that would blow up IG and tumblr, just given Nasty Gal's fanbase and aesthetic. Unless they wanted it super top secret, but what's the point of that? Still want to know why everyone seems to have a different answer about this, though.

Oh it's such a long story but I pissed her off during the Pedro launch; they sent me the wrong stuff and she was trying to help me but I pretty much just wasn't complying with what she was saying bc I wanted it done my way and a certain way.

That's the nice and short version.
I'm pretty sure they put a note nn my account "This one is trouble".

Different answers is normal for MAC, so no worries there. LOL! But you are right, the lack of attention to this anywhere should be pretty telling.
