It would! I just figured they were supposed to be out the same day and now VGR2 has the date of the 8th online, so maybe :dunno:
It's the reprieve I needed since I don't get paid until next week.

It could also be one of those random collections that they don't send samples out to the bloggers. I believe it's happened before.

Exactly. This is why I feel so strongly that MAC needs to improve their communication to both customers and employees. I think a lot of the employees get a bad rap for not having the information or giving conflicting info, but it happens so often that I think it's usually not their fault. It seems more like a lack of communication behind the scenes from the higher ups.

I agree that they need to up the communication at the CS level and do it soon. But to be fair they never mentioned this collection so the fact that the originally slated launch date has come and gone and they haven't said anything about it really isn't all that surprising to me being that they never announced the collab to the public to begin with. Now had they made a formal announcement of the collection and then didn't say anything about the date being moved etc I'd be pretty darn annoyed with them. lol. I think that when it comes down to store level and CS though that those people seem to be grossly misinformed at times almost like they are all playing the telephone game and that is something that needs fixing in a big way. If a customer asks about a collection, launch date or whatever, they should be able to inform them of such and it should be the same answer given to each customer no matter which medium you're asking. Not 5 different answers by 5 different people who've all been asked the same question.

Right?! One of the worst sayings that comes to mind is the term, "There's more than one way to skin a cat." That's so awful. Some really demented person came up with that one. Their elevator certainly didn't go to the top floor! Speaking of cats ...

Oh yea, I believe it has happened before but in those cases the bloggers were still aware and posted about the collection's existence. I think anyways. Lol But yall are right, MAC's number one problem, and been their number one problem, is lack of reliable and consistent information.
