MAC Nudes & Metallics Collection (April 2013) Pro Store Only

Nothing for me in this collection really.. Eyeshadows = Inglot, blushes = too brown, lipsticks = not my color and/or finish.

I forgot about that one, must appropriate the use again. Glad I could stimulate a discussion of slang, as its one of my favorite topics (really, any language variation I find interesting) anyway, I am hoping this is my final list but I can't promise I won't double haul if swatches are promising:

Lipsticks: Show All, Subverted
Eyeshadows: Body Conscious, Glimpse of Flesh, Love's Lure, Deep Fixation
Blush: Stylish Me

I'm sold on more of the metallics side which I find really surprising as a nudes fiend. Love's Lure and Crimson Tryst are definitely the two items I'm looking forward to most, though. Actually, I might get all the metallics eyeshadows.

I preordered all of the metallic eyeshadows from this collection and body conscious es. The pro store is having an event to launch this collection and apparently items are selling out fast (b/c of preorders). They also let me order the ED skinfinishes that are still listed as "coming soon" on the website. Yeah!

When I was at the Pro store yesterday, one of my SAs was on the phone with someone, and mentioned that they were expecting a huge delivery on Wednesday. I bet the N&M collection will be in that delivery. Since I'm already planning a trip on Thursday to pick up the rest of my IED order, I'm hoping they will be available to look at. I mean, they should have all those boxes unpacked within a day right? That's so reasonable! #amacaddict'swishfulthinking

I called Mac Pro on Robertson/Beverly Hills today and they are taking pre-orders. I ordered the eyeshadow, am told they will be sent out 4/12 Friday. I'm crossing my fingers that this is correct information--I've committed to the pre-order (she's sending to my home, so I pay the $8ish shipping) so hopefully all will go smoothly. The SA mentioned they will have product at an even the evening of 4/11 if anyone's in the area....

I was able to pre-order the Extra Dimension skin finish Shape the Future, the Extra Dimension blush that's now OOS on Mac's site, and she had Baking Beauties for pre-order as well.

I was told by the SA who took my order that MAC is trying to keep this collection really exclusive. Meaning that only a few of each product will be sold - not that they are exclusive about who they sell it to. Don't know how accurate this is though.

Plus I was thinking about all of the stalking that I had to do for Heroine and the MM collection. How much harder can they make it?

Unfortunately I have only seen swatches of the shadows. If I see anything about the ls, then I will let you know.
