Yuck, everything in this collection looks brown...I was hoping the color story was an accurate description but apparently not. And there isn't even a cool toned nude lipstick I was dreaming about...so disappointed!

I would say for NW20 some good neutrals would be...erine, liba, lilinah, mac-guy and anyone else who has an opinioncan you list the 5 - 10 best/must have nudes from MAC's permanent range?

Half N' Half, Freckletone, Touch, Hug Me, Fresh Brew, High Tea, Jubilee, Bare Again (Sheen Supreme)...it really is going to depend on how "nude" you want it, if you want it more matte or shiny but here are a few that may work
Viva Glam V also works as a very wearable non intimidating nude for a lot of women as well..

i have Freckletone, hug me, and i used to have bare again (which looks really close to hug me) and i love them. I never liked how half n' half (not a fan of amplified), fresh brew (too grey looking), jubilee (looks like lip balm on me lol) I havent tried Touch, High Tea or Viva Glam V so i will def look into those!!!
i wonder what would be good nude from this collection because maybe i could just order it from the pro store?

LOL...well you have tried most of them! Nudes are so personal, especially because they vary so much. What I consider nude might be completely different from what you do. Check those out when you go to MAC again also Siss, Spirit, and Modesty
I can't wait to see swatches of the nudes in this collection too, I am NC40 and am a nude FIEND so I am getting antsy to see what they look like!

I am NW20 and I have every one of those except Vanilla....I use Blanc Type, Naked Lunch, Wedge, Shroom the most.

Touch, Spirit, Taupe, Hug Me, Fresh Brew, Viva Glam V, Midimauve...pretty much any of the ones I mentioned in my post to luvlydee. Your lip pigmentation is also going to affect how these look, and what color they lean on you. There are also a few glosses that would be really pretty as well Mad Cap (if you can find DC'ed), Lust, Spite, Chai, Viva Glam V...hope this helps a little

It's a must have for almost everyone IMHO! Subtle, soft, and pretty. Sorry, I know I wasn't really a part of that convo, but just had to express my shock, lol. I second the recommendation that you try that one.
In other news, this collection is looking less and less appealing to me. I may be able to skip it entirely.
i agree with you about it looking less appealing. i might just pick up lavender whip even though i still have the first one just because i am a purple lover
