MAC Nudes & Metallics Collection (April 2013) Pro Store Only

Aurora MES from HC is a wonderful nude on me. I almost passed on it but with a great base it is so perfect!!!
I had just called Mac Miami Pro and while they are not yet familiar with this collection, they demonstrated excellent customer service
While they checked I was asked to hold then the lady returned and asked if I knew what items I wanted
I gave her the names as well as my name and contact information
She promised to hold all the Metallic es minus the brown one for me plus Stylish Me blush (a maybe thus far)
I was advised that I will be called when the items got there and I also told her my skin tone in Mac
I would probably get more items if I went in person to see which nude es suits me etc however if shipped to me
then its a $7 S&H fee which may work out better than making the actual 45mins trip
So, we shall see, decisions, decisions!!!

Sorry not to be any help on this question. I actually don't wear nudes often, and i am very particular about which nudes i wear. Plus I'm not a makeup artist (pro or amateur), so i have no experience matching other people, other than my daughter when she was a teen (she has very different coloring from mine, since her father is Indonesian), but now that she's over 30 she rarely wears any. And none of my friends wears makeup!

I'm pretty sure you can order any PRO items over the phone, I just don't know when to for this Collection.

I see Nudes and Metallics is slated to come out on the 18th according to the calendar on the main "Color Collections page." But I read here that it will be in Pro stores this week. Which is right? I need to plan my week and strategy for getting products.

Pro stores may receive it this week, but they're not supposed to put it out on the floor until the 18th. No more early releases at Pro stores.

Hmm... Based upon those swatches, my list has decreased dramatically. For now I'm sticking with these three:
- Deep Fixation --> Not even original imo (dupes, anyone?) but it's so pretty looking. ;__;
- Dominate --> Something about it is calling my name. It's so dark and lovely!
- Loves Lure (Maybe) --> I look at it, and I want it. But then I look at it a few minutes later, and I'm not so sure. xD

I'd really love to be able to skip on this entirely... I thought MAC's April plans would kill me but so far I'm doing way better than I thought I would be.

I've decided to pass on this collection. I don't do nude lips very often and we're heading into CSG season for me. I'd rather pick up Parrot and whatever the gorgeous green is from the Eye collection. Officially on MAC hiatus until Temperature Rising!

Sooo I just put in my phone pre-order for N&M. The manager, who was very nice, twice insisted I was asking about the ED collection and then told me that N&M wasn't coming out until the 19th?!? Can that possibly be right?

The collection is suppose to come out April 18 in PRO stores

i hope we get more swatches. Any woc decide what they are getting?. I love all the metallics except for the red one. It is not as deep as a thought neither the lipstick nor the eyeshadow. I also am wondering about the deep purple lipstick how close is it to yung rupenzel,fauntlesly,potent fig etc

If anything, Deep Fixation and Dominate. Judging by the swatches (assuming the lighting is accurate), I'd say Potent Fig is definitely more blue-toned than Dominate.
