i don't know about that...i'm not a pro member but my closest store is a pro store and i was able to get my stuff put aside...very strange about all this misinformed info

My products were shipped yesterday from my nearest Pro Store, so I should be getting them early next week. My Pro store had an event for this collection and therefore were able to send out products/orders to coincide with the event. This collection is already availble for in store purchase at my local pro store.
My understanding is that you do not have to be pro to get the products, but you have to buy them from a pro store. I am not 100% sure about online, but I was told that it will be only available for pros online.

yes it is strange, but I never said that non pro members couldnt shop at pro stores, simply that non pro members have to either call in their order or go to a pro site to purchase the items. Im unsure of why the MAC rep. told me June 11th, but I will be stalking online to purchase all items....

Think Im going to go insane!!! Talked to another rep today and she also told me its been moved to June 11th, called a pro store and they told me its still coming out April 18th. Im sooooo confused! Dont want to miss out on this collection because I NEED everything in it! I have to order off line because the closet MAC to me is 6 hours away!!!

Well, I would say if you are a PRO member, start stalking Monday night/Tuesday morning for this collection. I think ***hopefully*** it will be online April 16th.
Assuming you have to order from a PRO store or the PRO main number, I would start calling Monday to see if you can pre-order? If not, call Thursday morning.

I just got off the phone with my local pro store. I wanted to double check that my order shipped out. I was told that the official release date in the store is 4/18/13. They were able to ship out some orders for this collection yesterday and today b/c of the launch party that they had in the store. They could justify the orders saying that they were related to the launch party. Unfortunately I could not make it to the launch party, so I had to have my order shipped. I was also told that they were instructed to pull the collection from the floor and not sell anymore of it until 4/18.Think Im going to go insane!!! Me too!!! I love nudes and the metallics is just the icing on the cake!! I dont too much venture out of a nude eye, but my lips that another story!! I want EVERYTHING in this collection! Think Im gonna go crazy with this one, and skip out of other collections for the rest of the month, besides baking beauty! Im getting all the LS from that collection!!!I am hoping more swatches pop up before next week! **crosses fingers** Especially the nudes, still debating on those.
I think I want ALL the metallics!

I have a question to ask all of you guys out there. Do any of you have concerns about the reddish eye shadows creating a look like you have: 1) pink eye or 2) like you're extremely tired or 3) having an allergic reaction?
I am sort of intrigued by some of the metallic eye shadows, but I just have this nagging feeling about how this is going to look on my NC37 skin. I have hazel eyes, so I love purple eye shadows. I have to be very careful in my selection, otherwise people tell me I look tired. There's a very fine line between smoldering and tired-looking eyes. Do any of you have that same issue/concern?
Let me pose any question for all of you out there: What is it about this collection that you find most intriguing?

I think I'm done ordering makeup online, sight unseen. Going to my local pro store is a serious pain in the butt, so I'm just going to chalk this whole collection up towards just saving money for the upcoming summer collections, and be done with it.
If it does well, which I'm sure it will, we'll see these colors come back again. We'll definitely see some beautiful deep metallic frosts for fall and holiday too, so I can wait. I'm getting to the point where an opportunity to skip a collection feels a little more like a relief than a nagging suspicion I'm missing out on something. I'm sure everything from this collection is going to be beautiful, though! I'm preparing my skipper's remorse hat!
