My day started with checking online at 5:20am to see if this was online, and of course it wasn't.

Was a bit peeved after that... But thank goodness my 10am patient cancelled her appointment, because I just decided on a whim to call the PRO store in Northpark mall in Dallas.

I was told they had everything, yaaaaaay! HUGE props to Erica at the Dallas store, she not only helped me, but Lisa (Spikesmom) and Taya (PixieDancer) as well. I was a texting fool telling them to call Erica ASAP!

Erica told me after grabbing my items that they didn't receive Barefaced blush, but I got everything else that I wanted. I think Lisa and Taya did as well!


Now the wait for that wonderful black box begins!

When I swatched "Dominate" in the store it reminded me of "smoked purple" but with shimmer, in the daylight it looks different I guess

DEAR GAWD!!! Definitely need both of those lipsticks. And the shadow. And most likely Love's Lure and Pre-Raphaellite as well. And possibly one or two of the nude shadows.

Actually, Dominate reminds me of MUFE #15, a colour I love, but have difficulty wearing because the formula is so dry.

I went to the Pro Store today (NYC). I usually call before I go but I wasn't sure I wanted anything and I was busy working all day. Well, I get there fall for quite a few products only to find almost everything was sold out. I don't know why they don't just take the display down or put a big X on it. But I got 2 lipsticks and 1 shadow. Everything else was gone. The SA said people called and put stuff aside. I didn't know you could do this. While I was getting this teeny haul, the SA pulled out practically the whole collection for someone next to me. Felt like a slap in the face. But anyway, I had fun doing a major haul at Nars Bleecker Street store and Bloomies today (I got Nars, Chanel, LM and Armani)! But I still want the Nudes and Metallics. I just got home and it may be too late to look into calling all these stores. Any tips appreciated.

But anyway, why is this collection limited? If it is geared to Pros, shouldn't they have more product and keep it may be as a Pro product? I would think pros would most likely replenish these items.

I went to pro and mostly everything was gone but I did pick up extra of the 4 nude eyeshadows...PM if u r looking and don't want to call a store....it was all that was left

I am glad that you got your items, Honey on Boost!!! I am relieved too but it honestly should never be so hard, really. I was disappointed and frustrated to hear that an item I was anticipating was sold out when I called as soon as they opened. I was more bothered by the principle of the situation than the item itself. I think that they should have had more staff present in anticipation of a new launch and phone orders. I also think that the lady I spoke to first as busy as she was should have offered to put my items away until I called back or offer to call me since she was busy. She also mislead me by telling me there was a lot of items when obviously that was not the case. I was thinking about ordering two of the lippies for my mom but I can't be bothered. I just realized no matter how much careful planning and preparation you do, when it comes to Mac you are never quite safe. It should not be so hard to spend my money!!! SMH
