right! I don't understand why they would wait with the RiRi collection coming... that site is gonna be a circus!Man this is still not online yet!
Ok NOW I'm irritated with MAC. My order just arrived only they canceled all of my Nudes & Metallics items! The other stuff I ordered was fillers. No email to let me know or anything.

They charged my card the whole amount. Checked it again today to make sure. I'm slightly frustrated with the RiRi situation but I expected drama on that. I am very upset about this one since I've been anticipating the package and they didn't at least contact me to let me know. If they had done that I wouldn't be upset. So glad to hear everything worked out.So thankfully after waiting on hold forever I got someone that apologized and replaced my order with free overnight shipping. She guaranteed I will get my items. Apparently the collection was delayed again and I guess that's why my order wasn't shipped BUT they obviously have at least some inventory in order to be able to fix my situation. The phone wait time is bananas because of the RiRi chaos so I feel bad for the phone CS. I'm still sitting in the waiting room for RiRi but obviously I was more upset about this situation lol.

Exactly!hboy: ...I don't mind delays but it's the not informing customers part that is frustrating.
I know! 2 hrs in the waiting room for riri, canceling riri orders placed prior to launch, confusing dates on tropical taboo and now this.....their lack of appreciation towards their customers is overwhelmingMAC is just effing up all over the place. SMH
