I already knew this wasn't going to launch today! After what we went through just for Rihanna, there was no way that they could of handled this plus the other collection at once. They really just reek today. This month period!

mmhmm Completely reek. They need to do some overhauling of whomever is in charge with the release dates and get everyone including customers on the same damn page.

I expressed shock when I initially placed my order that they would schedule both in the same day but was told that the higher ups really believed there would be no issue. No clue why they would think that though!

I called the mac pro # and the rep was did a big sigh and said THANK GOD", when I was calling to see when if/when this was going to launch online . . .. LOL !!!!! She said this RiRi collection launch is crazy she was like Imma be here a looooooooooooooong time.. I feel bad for her !! Anyways she was like everything has sort of been pushed back because of the RiRi launch she said maybe checked back Thursday or maybe even Tuesday of next week.

I'm ok waiting for this one after that whole riri situation, gotta regain my strength 
I've done the call center/answering service thing for 6+ years when I was younger. I thought that talking to people angry over their credit card accounts, not hearing back from on call doctors, or whatever else was bad. Now that I've become a MAC addict, I know those calls would have nothing on the ones MAC CS receives! I don't think even I would have the patience for that!

It does indeed. I think once I've received my CP for this, I may be done with MAC for a while, at the very least until the fall collections. It's tiring constantly looking for when things will be released and then having them delayed or people not knowing when, etc. I have enough make-up to last me a good few years and my collection is very modest compared to most on this forum, I don't need the hassle/drama of it all.

I suspect it isn't lack of customer appreciation.
Sounds to me more like management issues and deficient planning ahead, plus a failure to communicate.
