MAC Pigment Amount Q

I couldn't find this info. anywhere....unless I totally missed it.

How many tsp of pigment is in 1 jar of pigment?

Also, are their any pic or video tutorials on how to press pigments? I've seen pic tutorials before but now can't find 'em.

Video would be even better.

The answer is it depends. Different colours have different consistencies and therefore some are fluffier then others while some are much denser.
