MAC Playland Collection - April 7, 2014

Yes...but I had high hopes. It was really seem like there starting to do better. The collections weren't selling out as fast as they used to. If it wasn't bright pink lipstick...wouldn't even worry about it. I have like 100 lipsticks and have really been trying not to buy lipsticks. But pink especially neon like pink my weakness and if I don't get it..I'll end up spending more money trying to dupe it like I have pink pigeon when I skipped it not just once but twice!

Am I the only one starting to not want anything from this collection? I am still unsure if I want a lippie or two since we have so many other collections coming out. Augh!

I hope of we say this loud enough they will release the stuff already ha!

Oh. Audrey. I wish I had your will power. I'm all for the Osbourne collection. Not really sure on Lorde (depends on the lippie), Proenza, Malificient and Laurenco may all be skips, well Malifient is a definite skip. This collection may also be a skip for me. I skipped the patentpolish, I just had no interest. I'm #TeamLowBuy, but if it's something unique I will buy it.

It's not hard to skip when I'm not even tempted. It's not willpower. It's a heavy dose of 'Meh'.

I think I've trimmed enough out of my collection to know that I just don't wear the colours or finishes that I need to work hard to make work or that aren't particularly flattering on me (dark lippies that are aging, glitter/strong frost finishes, most brights, etc). I'm just no longer tempted by 'new shiny' if it's not better than something I already have.

The young at heart looks alot like the pink in the wet &wild fantasy makers pink in the face paint palette. Which is a neon/pastel pink..looks brighter in person then pics...so actually I'm right and won't feel the need to have that on my list.
