Edit: Concerning the release, if Mac is tweeting the 15th non-stop, than it probably is so!

I think I must be getting a little slap happy at this point. I just came up with a fun (or at least I think so!) word-name association for these lipsticks. Here it goes: The Cougar in the Hot Bikini on the beach doing the Samba, just passed the Flamingo.I shared this in the Sephora thread and thought there might be some interest here too... so here ya go dolls...
With the Playland Collection just around the corner, I've been trying to search through the brights in my collection. Overall, I think I'm fairly satisfied with what I have and most likely will only get 1 lippie and maybe a pigment. But for those feeling the lemming hard for Spring & Summer Neon and Brights... Sephora launched 4 new shades of BRIGHT lipsticks! The placard in the store said "SEPHORA COLLECTION NEON ROUGE CREME" but online it seems its called "Escape To Rio." http://www.sephora.com/escape-to-rio-rouge-cream-lipstick-P385610?skuId=1567429
And they have cute names too (although those names aren't listed on the website): Flamingo, Hot Bikini, Samba, and Cougar!
They retail for $12.50 and would be a pretty good buy especially during this week's Sephora 15% sale! SO, for those wanting some new brights here's some pics!!

Soooooo cute! LOVE! And you're our Sephora authority... have you played with these Sephora shades? What do you think of them? What finish would you compare them to by MAC? I'd love to know your thoughts. I have only ever purchased 2 Sephora brand lipsticks and a couple lipglosses and really liked them all! I can't believe I don't pay more attention to this brand considering I shop the store a shitload!

In that is, if you are looking for a new eyeliner. #teamlowbuy :wink:I haven't even seen these lipsticks yet. Yikes! I have been off for two days. They must have done a reset while I was off. It always surprises me when I come into work after a few days off. I like to walk around for a few moments if I have the opportunity, to see what newness is in the store. When I get to work tomorrow. I will check them out and think of a MAC comparison. Their lipsticks and glosses are really nice ... and at a great price point. Have you ever tried their liners? They have quite a few that are dupes for MUFE and UD. They also have some great lip liners. When I am looking for a particular color and the other companies just don't have it, then I will 99% of the time, find exactly what I need in our line.

I miss the days when I didn't know what collection was coming out or when and it was always an exciting surprise when I stopped by my favorite Stonestown counter. There was no internet then, I mean there was, but we weren't using it for e-commerce yet. No planning, no stalking, no advance info. Of course now that I know there IS information out before a launch, there is no chance I would avoid biting the apple

I'll probably check the site midnight then again when I get up around 7:00am. I don't think it will release tonight but I bet it won't stay out till the 15th either. I bet it comes out Sunday night. Anyway the only thing I want that will probably go fast is TA. The two l/g I want won't go as fast, I don't think. I'll just pick up Flat Out Fabulous if that's the case since I've been wanting it and have yet to pull the trigger.
