Good! Having seen you in Hoop, I think SE will be absolutely stunning as well (they are different yes, but softer pinks are so beautiful on you!). So glad you are checking it out!

Edit: I am trying hard not to buy more of SE! It is such a beautiful shade and my hubby loves it too---which is hilarious really. I personally think it's quite unique and just so fun for summer! Holding back! LOL

I too was bitten by the SE bug. So gorgeous and I'm glad I picked it up, finally a milky pink that doesn't wash me out! I love it and I know I'll get plenty of use out of it this summer, even if I broke my no back-up goal and snagged a back-ordered one from Nordstrom

Don't mind the other two. I swatched pure silliness and pink pigeon.

In my experience, Saint Germain and Sweet Experience really aren't twins. Saint Germain is a very pale, very very cool pink. It looks like the photo. Sweet Experience is a light-medium, warm pink. It does not look like the photo.

Here are pictures of Christine of Temptalia (NC30) wearing Saint Germain (left or top) and Sweet Experience (right or bottom). The lighting is different between the two pictures (Sweet Experience is a bit more... washed out), but i think the coolness of Saint Germain and the warmth of Sweet Experience is clear.


On me Sweet Experience is a much strong, deeper color than it is on Christine, because i'm much paler than she is. I have never tried on Saint Germain.

I tried to find a picture of Karen of Makeup and Beauty Blog wearing Saint Germain, since she is a good bit darker than Christine, but i couldn't find one. I don't read a lot of makeup blogs, so maybe someone else knows of pictures of a darker beauty in these two lipsticks...

I know skin tones make a difference in how lipsticks look, but there is a noticeable difference between these two in terms of warmth and coolness..

I am really regretting not getting it... I thought it would be too similar to other pinks but all of the great swatches have confirmed that it's not. Skippers remorse!

I'll never catch up on all the posts. But i went thru the gallery and looked at everybody's swatches and selfies wearing these new lipsticks and lip glosses. There's definitely something for pretty much everyone. Everybody looks beautiful!
