I would like to BU toying around, but how fast do you need to use it before it will go bad?

Honestly, I keep mine for years and never have any issues with them! I rarely pay any attention to expiration dates on my cosmetics or throw anything away before I'm finished with it except for mascara. All those beautiful lipsticks, eyeshadows, and blushes are way too expensive to be throwing them away all the time. Just inspect your products and use your best judgment, but in my experience, they last for years.

Yup I agree with mandy. I have the mac hell o kitty lipgloss it is still in fine condition for me.

I got all the lippies except Playland, did a quick hand swatch with my 2 Proenza lippies which I received at the same time, and wow they are all so gorgeous!!!

I can't wait to wear them all...I don't know if MAC will ever make a collection I love this much again- for the sake of my finances I hope it's all downhill from here!

The only one (of the above) that I didn't get was HITC. It's in my Mac basket though, and I am seriously thinking I should give it a try---I have a gazillion reds but apparently it's quite unique. Let me know what you think!
And isn't RB divine??? I just love that lipstick.

It looks fabulous on you, even without liner! Beautiful! I can totally see you rocking this with a white t and jeans in the summer = perfection! Love it on you!

They're similar, it was previously discussed that color-wise, RB is like Pleasurebomb and Moxie mixed together (if I remember right)

I love HiTC and I do think it's unique. The gold in it makes it a nice warm summer red.

It sold out right away at all of my local Mac counters and I didn't get the chance to swatch it. That said, I think I can wear warm reds, and the gold sounds gorgeous. Okay, I need it! LOL

GAT is just slightly darker, not very noticeable on the lips. Full Fuschia is also very similar. I never would have thought these would be similar. I thought Red Balloon had more red in it than those. All of those are Amplifieds, too. I see you got an answer already about Pleasure Bomb. Despite knowing that I have dupes, I'm still glad that I got Red Balloon. My others are years old so RB is creamier and it's new!

Personally, I don't think there is a dupe--I have pretty much every Mac lipstick remotely similar, and on my lips, RB is rather unique (of course lipstick pulls different colors on different lips). Burghchick makes some excellent points though about lipsticks that may look quite similar on certain people.

RB is also more wearable and I wear it A LOT. Definitely not as bright as PB. If you love PB and Moxie, this is a MUST. No question.
