You're completely right, as long as it isn't in special packaging, it should be ok. But a lot of the stores and counters seem to make up their own rules re: b2m. One store will tell me no b2m on LE collections regardless of packaging, another will say no b2m until after the collection has been in store for 2 weeks etc.. It's pretty frustrating, especially when you know the official policy is any lipstick, lipglass and/or eyeshadow in standard black packaging should be available for b2m.

Can you B2M at counters in Nordies? Just curious.....

I don't know about Nordies but I know the counter at Macys lets you B2M, at least mine does.
