You're leaving a legacy of notes, elegant (among other things)!I just called nordies because it showed only 1 of the 6 orders complete, however CS says they are all getting ready to ship from the warehouse - just waiting to generate tracking #'s. So I told them they need to step it up in the shipping somewhere in their processing because its so slowShe said she would send feedback about it - an they do read all of their feedback. So this is my first time on this website and I wish I would've discovered it way earlier! I'm just getting into MAC and collecting and this is my first time seeing a Limited Edition Collection being released! I was determined to get 4/6 Lipsticks (Toying Around, Happy-Go-Lucky, Red Balloon, and Sweet Experience) so as soon as I realized they were already out on Nordstrom's I had to get them! Unfortunately they didn't have Toying Around out then for some reason....but I was able to get that off of MAC's site. I had no idea there were overnight shipping codes! Oh well, at least I will get them!

You can also cancel via the live chat option, that's how I canceled my order yesterday.

Lol so annoyed with mac CS right now. I called to see about what I can do cause FedEx doesn't service my area and I have to drive to nearest Post office pick it up .. Well I also brought up the fact I ordered Stud brow pencil (like my 5th one now) and the colored end on the box and pencil are both darker than my usual Stud.. It basically looks like spiked but with stud written on it .. And she says "looks like you've been having some problems with our products, there's a couple notes here" ..... And proceeds to tell me I'll need to mail it in. But she said it like It was MY fault. Does she not see how many times Ive ordered ? I've only had a few problems (maybe 3) mostly with loose lipsticks in the tube, but that was sure as hell not my problem. On a $150 order I have a problem with one 15$ item and you're looking at me sideways ? Really

I totally agree and that's what I did not want to happen. Plus the samples sucked neways. You can go to ulta or sephora to get that mess. And how many of us use them lol we all will purchase the full size neways lol i have a bag full of samples just chilling in my room like use me dammmmmm. But first and now my last after this recent cancel took a week to get my shipping number and another week to get the product. Never again will I order on Nordies now after this cancel.
