Yup. I wear heroine alone all the time. I get tons of compliments on it too. I wore it while working on a bride and she kept saying how much she loved my purple lip!

Totally. I love heroine on it's own! But I know some people are leery of it, especially at work (I work in a conservative office, myself), and the playland does a nice job of toning it down. I hope MAC comes out with more layerable colors like Playland in the future. I love mixing my MAC lippies together!
