I really like Sakura and Miss Behave, I love the glow that Miss Behave gives on the cheeks. Love CYY, of course. But looks like my lips are too dry to wear a matte finish, my lips need to be in better condition to wear it, right now it looks horrible on. I'm disappointed in the mint n/p, the brush is poor quality, the bristles are sticking in all directions, I don't know if I will keep it. I had the same problem with Mean&Green, but this one is worse.
[/quote] I got my CYY today as well. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed, I expected it to be much more neon, loud and screaming at people. It's nice though. Could try Prep + Prime Lip under it? And did you apply it with a brush? Can you use Sakura as a blush or more as a highlighter?

u r lucky :( Spain was getting a very limited amount of them, so the make up artists in the counters itself got several each so... it looks like CYY not gonna be released. its funny cos my mom went and they showed her girl about town thinking my mom doesnt know anything (which she doesnt... what they dont know is that her daughter (ME) is an Specktrette and knows her stuff lol I just hope i can get a restock miracle) we were on the phone. And my mom told her, well i think this is not it. And she lied to her saying "its so sold out in the US that we r not getting any" but im sure the MUAs are keeping it for themselves.

 I have P+P Lip, but haven't tried it under CYY yet, I just applied it straight to my lips. I put on a lip balm some time before that, but that didn't help. Sakura is a nice blush, shows up very well on me. But it's the lavender one, so maybe you're talking about Miss Behave, the pale peach one? It's more like a highlighter, I don't see the colour on my cheeks. But I have a lot of freckles on my cheeks, I think it would show up on someone who is really pale, because I can see some colour when it's swatched on my hand.

No, I didn't get Giggly, I'd love to have all three, but that's not in my budget. And I thought the pink one is less unique compared to the other two.
At least CYY is a little smoother than the only other MAC matte l/s I have, Pink Plaid I think that is.

[/quote] I wore Mehr today, well, until CYY showed up, and I think CYY is not as nice a matte as Mehr is. But generally Matte do not bother me too much, unlike other finishes.

no naynadine i dunno if u followed this thread but we are all desperately huntin CYY down for backups.... they are like 40-50 dollars on ebay...and NO mac stores or macys or nordstrom have it

Candy Yum Yum arrived in the post today - I managed to get one on ebay at not too inflated a price, although still way over what MAC are charging.

I've just put it on, and I am really surprised at how good it looks, after worrying that it might be far too bright for me (hence why I didn't order it initially). The kids haven't passed comment on it, which is a good sign LOL. It's very bright, yes, but somehow the colour suits me, under our fluorescent lighting anyway. I'll have to wait and see how it looks in daylight tomorrow.

Thats good you got one at a decent price - they seemed to have sold out so fast I'd have thought ebay would sell double the price!

I paid £23 including postage. Still a lot of money, but a few pounds less than most are listed for.

i had a rude awaking today when i went to the mall about an hr away and stopped at MAC to see if they had anything left, only to find there was no more MAC counter there! i was just there not even a month ago. i know it was always slow there. the MAC at the other mall (an hr in the opposite direction) is always busy.

Why is Candy Yum Yum and Play Time not getting any love from the MAC website? They should change the SOLD OUT to COMING SOON like Playing Koi and Quite Cute. Yesterday I tried NYX Fuschia lipliner with Play TIme and topped it off with Extra Amps d/g. IT turned out so goregous! I even tried Candy Yum Yum and Play Time together and loved it. Right now I'm wearing Playing Koi lightly on the lips and put Moth To Flame d/g over it and a think layer of Phiff! d/g.
