No I'm not getting my order I'm so pissed. I'm calling MAC later to just cancel everything because thats how pissed I am. All I really wanted was CYY and I'm not even getting it.
Basically I put my order in around the 6th at 8pm everything was fine, got the email that my order went thru. Then Fri my card was charged but on my MAC account it still said pending. So since I was reading on here that everyone was having issues I'd figure mine was just like yours and they'd get it straighten out this week. Well when ppl started getting their confirmations and I didn't I called and they said "Oh your billing and shipping address was different so the order didn't go thru" SO WHY SEND ME AN EMAIL SAYING IT DID! Why charge my account! Like at least let me know don't go take my money for items I'm NOT getting! So the lady was like I have to charge your card AGAIN so I'l like okay am I getting ALL that I paid for again and she's like yes. I just looked at my card and they only charged me for one thing so I'm so sick and pissed at how poorly they handled this I'm just cancelling the order.

I know some people may think I'm spazzing out but I just feel like you shouldn't take money out of people's account knowing they are not going to get their product. If I didn't call and check for myself I would have never known. I'll be sure to let MAC know how I feel. Sorry for typos.

I would put my foot down and ask them to do a round up/search for your order items, like they do with their Gone but not forgotten program. One thing I've learned over the years with MAC, is that they are never really sold out of an item at this early in of a collection release. There are some of the things you ordered sitting at a MAC counter/warehouse somewhere that can be pulled to fill your order. Put your b*tch foot down and tell them since they messed up your order on such a grand scale, you want them to do a search for your items and once they find them, complete your order and send them out to you. If you really still want these items, just let MAC know. They usually have pretty good customer service, but this last collection was just such a mess because of the problems with their ordering system. If you let them know that you're willing to wait while they search and pull your items, I don't see any reason that you shouldn't be able to get them, even Candy Yum Yum.

I can't wait for this collection to arrive to my country ^-^ I live in Mexico and it was supposed
to be avilable in stores april 7th but my MUA said it was delayed and we may have to wait till May T-T
But now I know I'll stock on lippies and liners (^ v ^) <3

I opened it up to find everything just floating around in that huge bubble wrap. Bubble wrapped individually? NO! Extra bubble wrap inside? Nope!

Everything seemed to be ok.... The lipliner boxes were a little bent and smashed. Lipstick (playing koi) was fine, nail laquers fine (thank god!! They are GLASS macys!!), The quad fine, and blushes except for one... were fine. Ughhhh.....




Miss Behave... a little shattered. A piece of the heart is broken off. I didn't even want to remove the little plastic yet. I'm so mad at them! Why haven't they learned how to package and ship properly??? Whyyyyyy??

I've gotten boxes with my products in them before. A little air packet inside to protect, and I used to think that wasn't enough. Now I get a big ass bubble mailer with all my delicate items inside floating around. And an awesome sticker on top that said "packed with pride by sheila". Really?? *sigh*

So, I don't know If I should call, email, send out smoke signals.....? Or just leave it be. It's not "that" bad but, it's still not perfect as it should be.


Thoughts ladies?

the dreaded bubble mailer! hopefully the contents are intact. i always get panicky if I order any sort of msf or mes and it comes in that sort of pack. most of the pencils and lipsticks i've ordered from macy's that came in those mailers were fine, though.

My package from Macy's was just like that. Just a bubblepack bag but nothing else. Everything just carelessly tossed in. Boxes were smashed but luckily no product was damaged. If it were I would be furious, especially since this is a limited collection. I would send a picture to Macy's. Like they say, a picture is worth more than a thousand words. Let them see it. Or even call and complain and tell them you can send a picture. Keep the blush. Send it back when they replace it. It is their error, not yours. And yes, it should be completely perfect. Even the packaging is perfect. Because we bought them NEW, not battered and shattered! Seriously! BTW, my stuff from Nordstrom came nicely wrapped, just like Sephora or MAC, maybe even better!

Lambie_mac - Since you ordered from macy's, you should be able to go to a counter and exchange it for an undamaged one.

I'm so glad you got ice cream cake, it's such a pretty spring colour ;) and I'm glad you recommend Angel, it looks very girlie and pretty to me so hopefully it will get lots of wear! I just noticed springsheen blush got autocorrected by my pad to springsteen LOL! How random!

Looks like "sheila" may need to find another job.

Makeup MUST be shipped in a box - duh! Bubble mailers are incredibly stupid for shipping makeup - really a no brainer companies

It doesn't say only one per customer. I placed another order a few days after the main one, and got a second free mascara :) I'm surprised the site is still mentioning a free mascara, as initially we were told it was only until 10th April. I'm not complaining, though
