I really need a playtime and a CYY...quite cute i feel that if they ever repromote lavender whip i would get that one but.... omg CYY and Playtime!

Im wondering if this new NARS one is close enough to CYY. I guess I will get the chance to see it once I go to Spain in May. I hope somebody posts some swatches
but playtime.... i cant find a dupe.... not even up the amp mixed with QC or mixed with a lipbalm.

my Mac obsession started the middle of last year with To The Beach, and my purple obsession started this Spring! That's why I need a backup of Playtime =( This is my third day in a row of wearing it...I'm totally gonna use it up within a month or two

Ive been looking for this lippie's pictures and it doesnt go with what i found. I found this one aswell but the other 2 images were a lot darker I dont think this is gonna be a dupe at all, and maybe the girl that posted this image as being carthage was mistaken, so it looks nothing like the swatches ive seen.

no pink will be as hot as CYY.... CYY R.I.P. (sold out)

Its pretty hot pink, but not quite the same... I LOVE IT. I hate that nars lipsticks are $25 though. -_- makes me feel guilty.

Thank you! Those two eyeshadows are probably my most used, and they always look awesome together! I love shoving some hot pink in there too for something more dramatic, Too Faced's Mess in a Dress especially!

I was thinking of getting a back-up of Playtime but realisticly I am never going to use it up with the amount of lipsticks I have and the new ones I will buy in the future.

I had the same exact thoughts today and I resisted going to the counter but I am slowly talking myself back into finding a back-up b/c it is so sheer and I can't think of ever being without it. This kicks Up the Amp arse on me even the hubby likes it and that's saying something. I love Playtime more than CYY and I thought it would the other way around.

I got my stuff last week but have just been busy and grieving for a girl at work, her 3 month old baby died. My mind just cant wrap around it, so right now I'm just trying to get my mind off of it...

-CYY looks awesome on everyone! I really does looks awesome on all skintones. I was so scared of it not working for me, but I love it! Just an amazing color. Magenta liner is great with it. It makes it a glowing darker fuchia pink. LOVES

-I'm jumping on the Playtime love! It's my fav lippy out of this coll. I think it looks a lot different then style curve and spitfire on me. It's actually quite purple on my lips. I am just in utter love with this color!

-Quite Cute- At first I didnt know what to think, but it has grown on me. It's best paired with a gloss or another lipstick, it looks great over playtime. The BEST pair i've had so far with it is Revenge is Sweet l/s love love it!

-I am still waiting to love Playing Koi. It's a pretty nude peachy color, but it's so drying. I put it over some vasaline but it did this weird seperating thing. It really does show lip imperfections. I just need to invest in a lip scrub, which I've been wanting to do anyways.

-I actually love Miss Behave! It's a nice natural blush. And I'm pale enough that the peach shows up. Only thing is the heart keeps crumbling, thats how it came. And it almost falls out too! I got it from Nordstrom, if I take it to my MAC counter in Dillards will they exchange it if they have it?

-Sakura is pretty too. I can def see the purple sheen in it on me. The purple lover in me loves that.

-I am still trying to figure out the quad. I put it over Soft Ochre p/p and the light lavender MUFE aquacream and it helped. It needs work to make it work ya know?

I love how unique everything is in this collection. The lipsticks are def stars in the coll.

I was in a MAC store Friday that sold out of Playtime for their Quite Cute collection display and replaced it with Violetta lipstick. The ironic thing was I went to the store to find out how differernt Playtime would look on me since I own a Violetta. I didn't realize the swap at first so when I picked up what I thought was Playtime and swatched it on my hand I thought, "this looks just like Violetta"... then I looked at the label.

Still on the lookout for Playtime.

Violetta is darker and less sheer! Play time is more wearable for everyday looks (I've tried it yesterday). Anyway Quite Cute really suits you *___* It's not pale at all in this way

It never hurts to ask, but I doubt it because they both attach their own store sticker to the box (usually - not sure about online orders) so that people cannot do that. Plus, no store will take MAC site returns. But, maybe you'll find someone that will do it.

Oh no, it's very simple to get off. I just used a makeup remover wipe, and it was gone. No harm to the lips done.

I know how you feel but judging by my experience, I never want to be without a color I just got and really love right now until a new color that I really love and don't want to be without comes along so my exitement for the old color kinda dissipitates. I still love it but I never use it ALL the time like I may have when I first gotten it and then there's always similar colors that are produced. This is why I am generally anti-backups...

Looking in my lipstick collection, I have never used up a single one over the years.
