MAC Retro Matte collection (September 12, 2013)

OK I decided to go ahead and play with them in the hopes that they won't request that I send them back ... and because I have precisely zero patience.

The fiancee is already in bed so I couldn't go dig for comparisons and just used my other retro mattes since they were already in here in my HK bag anyway. As for the liners I swatched what I had handy ... and the comparisons for Dynamo are funky because I have nothing else like it at all.

I will have to do actual lip swatches tomorrow ... lips are peeling like a mug today ...

I hate not knowing! I called Nordstrom in one city & they all say Sept 12, but when I call in another city next to it, they're saying tomorrow & I was like how sure are you & they said definitely sure it is tomorrow.

The best thing to do is probably call your local Mac store or counter tomorrow to find out instead of going back and forth on here

Sounds about right. Might have to go to Dillard's when it opens with empties in hand just in case. After I pick up my black box from the UPS facility of course (didn't want to risk missing the delivery while out running errands). They get so few of each color most of the time that waiting to call and ask could be risky. And I'm not trying to drive all the way to Atl to hit up Perimeter on such short notice.

Well looks like I'm not the only one hearing the same story so I will play it safe and go to Mac tomorrow. Maybe it varies. Oh well, hope to have some new goodies tomorrow!

I have yet to use my Nordies card. Actually keep forgetting that I have it. So I'm not familiar with the Notes thing yet. Might need to actually start using that card lol. I do have a Dillard's reward check to use for my BU of FOD. The rest I planned to B2M for.....well the ones that I can if the Tweet is indeed correct. Glad I followed the plan of getting one set online. I'm going to start shipping my empties to you and let you do the hard work since I never know what my store is going to say lol. :hug:
