They're not all that similar. GAT is more pink. I hate that lipstick on me, by the way. FOF is amazing!

I'm so sorry your lippies were damaged! Black box day is supposed to be happy. Idk what it is about retro mattes that causes this to happen.

Oh no!!! :'( But wait!!!! Somewhere on the shipping label that comes in the box there's instructions when it comes damaged!! It mentions something about shipping back or being picked up? But it shouldn't be at your expense or cost you anything it's their mistake just send it back and let them ship u a new one! I'd be OCD too!This collection is riri all over again for me. I ordered one of each and of them all these arrived so defective im angry. MAC offered to send me new ones and i told them to refund me but they want these back all of a sudden, postage paid by me of course...NO WAY. Also they all arrived with some level of that greasy film on them. I was ok with that but totally damaged or stuck in the cap is ridiculous. They were also ALL not stuck down in the tube correctly. I had to hit them on a table to get them to go down correctly. I'm so mad but I'm not wasting time or more money sending these back...anybody want these broken down lipsticks please let me know. (Taken care of - thank you specktra) ANNOYING:fixed on drama is in perfect shape but the mechanism that rolls it up and down goes all the way backwards and forward. It rolls up and down fine but I want mine perfect. PISS OFF WORTHY:
Steady going makes me so mad because I was really looking forward to this one but I want it perfect. I'm that OCD, yes...I'm a work in progress
THE WORST AND MOST ANGERING: runway hit arrived all messed up like this.
SERIOUSLY? MAC NEEDS TO DISCONTINUE RETRO MATTE IF THEY CAN'T HANDLE SELLING THEM WITHOUT DEFECTS.

If you call MAC they will ship replacements at no charge. And they don't make you send the damaged ones back (at least they aren't making me do it). If you want a refund and not a replacement then you might have to follow the regular return rules (send the items back and pay for shipping). Sometimes they will waive that. I guess it depends on the situation.

Yep! I had to get the P+P lip after I saw a few comments about it. Perfect time to buy the lip conditioner as I'm running low.

Wow, I ordered runway hit on a whim and I live it! It is for sure very peachy, I wouldn't say it is a nude colour for me, but it is a very natural colour. Flat out fabulous is what I wanted from embrace me (which I don't have, I tried EM at the counter).
No photo of FOF, my eyes looked too droopy haha. I'm around Nc20 Edit: the texture of RH is the same as the other retro mattes, no drier so order it and don't worry!

My lipsticks arrived today as promised. I love Runway Hit! I'm going to describe it as if Vegas Volt was a nude... at least on me anyway.... I haven't tried on Relentlessly Red yet, after trying on RH and Heaux my lips are about to fall off LOL
I can't believe that UPS just left my little boxes on top of the mailbox in the unlocked lobby!
I'm going to do what the girl on the phone suggested and add my buzzer number to my mailing address. I never did get my tracking numbers from MAC, it would have helped to have them so I would have known to go looking for my boxes at least! My Mom saw them and wondered what they were, she probably recognized the size 7"x 7"x 3.5" = MAC

They gave me the hardest time. I was too mad to fight. I just took an alcohol swab and wiped the residue off the greasy ones, and luckily another member here wanted just to try them so she didn't mind how they looked for a discounted rate so it worked out for me I suppose. I'm just glad my second trip to MAC hell became somebody else's blessing
Oh, and they're reason for not allowing me to return them at mac's cost was that the rules have changed about limited items, and my whole order was screwed up so that means about $100 loss to them rather than $15 or $30. The rep said that after the riri collection with all the returns and free replacements they now require proof and the defective product to prevent fraud, and that the postage would come from me until they decided if I damaged them or if it was mac's fault, then they would reimburse me for the shipping, and send the replacements-which sounded so stupid! I spoke to the manager after , and she confirmed this but the issue for me was 1. What if the person inspecting them decides against me? And 2. To wait and find out what they determine is about a 10 day process. I wanted my lipsticks ASAP which is why I jumped on them in the first place so that seems messed up to me. I have never ever had such a problem returning anything to MAC ever. These new rules, I'm hating. I can't even call and try to get someone else because of their stupid "notes" so I gave up....screw retro mattes lol
