I received all my lipstick melted I don't know where to call

Call the number on your invoice (heres the number just in case for Mac if you ordered from them: 1800-588-0070, its pretty much engraved in my mind since I've called them so much about my orders). They should be able to help you! the replacements I received today are still messed up! This is the second package they sent me. Its a pain in the ass to do but you should do it. I wouldn't settle for anything but perfect for an item I'm paying good money on.

Liba I remember what you posted months ago before this collection came out. You said the nude retro mattes don't look/perform as well as the more colorful ones. You are so right. The nude one does not work for me in this formula. It is a darn beautiful shade and I can see myself using it every single day and not get tired of it until it's all gone, but I think it would work better on me if it's a satin or cremesheen.

I think I remember what you're mentioning. Nudes just really have to be the right color for a person and the matte texture makes it even more important that it's just right, just in general.

No problem! And yes the weather has been horrible especially for lipsticks lol. No not yet, they haven't asked for them so far but told me to hang on to them in case they do. But these replacements they've sent me keep having mechanical errors, lipstick still up past the barrier part (kind of hard to explain), or are melted. The only replacement that was perfect to arrive was FOF. Others haven't been so lucky and Idk why. I wish you luck tho!

I wore today All Fired Up and it is amazing!

I can't wait to B2M to Relentessly Red to, it will take 1-2 weeks to finish up some products and (hopefully) it will be mine too.
I adore this matte formula, it looks so velvety and lasts so long, I don't mind that it is a little drying, nothing that a lip balm and prep&prime lip couldn't solve.

Its a mystery. My SA told me they were all LE. Someone else's SA told them they were all perm. Website suggests some will come back and others are OOS. MAC loves to mess with our minds.

The replacements I received arrived in perfect condition. In general, if they didn't tell you that you needed to return the originals you don't have to, but whenever in doubt just ask them when you call to receive replacements. During RiRi Gate I offered to send back my RRB each time it arrived less than stellar and they told me not to worry about it. Same thing happened with the 2 replacements for this collection. I assumed this was the norm since they can't do anything with returned products but toss them and probably would prefer not to pay for the return shipping. I would think they might request returns from someone flagged as a repeat offender for proof (sadly some people lie to get bu's or freebies). Hopefully you ladies get acceptable replacements.

My favorite was and still may be FOF, but I really like AFU too...Idk. I like all the ones I have so far. It's hard to pick a favorite!

I was expecting them to last longer on me but they wear off within a few hours. I guess I need to invest in some more PLWL to pair /fill in my lips with these to help the color last.

Same thing happened to me with riri gate also! tried ordering rrb and heaux when they restocked and those came to me in horrible shape. I was so disappointed, even more so when I got an email from them stating they were permanently out of stock of rrb. Errr.....I just have bad luck with the retro matte formulas. They don't hold well by the time they arrive here. But the mechanical errors I'm facing with the replacements really bug me. Sigh. At least so far CS has been nice, I hope they understand my situation.

i was weak and ordered a back up of Runway Hit, and i couldn't resist Fixed on Drama any longer!

I ordered VG1 lipglass along with uninterrupted pro e/s, I feel like these will be go tos for the fall, and theyll all arrive just in time!

Did a B2M for All Fired Up today. Got it home, almost exactly like Moxie on my lips, just a bit more wearable. I was hoping to grab Flat Out Fab but it's gone gone gone.
