Once you're done lining your lips and applying the lipstick, go in with a flat edged brush and skintoned concealer and clean up the edge of the lips. Works like a charm!

You're welcome ladies! I don't wear foundation, only MSFN, so i just take a 212 and my MSFN and run it along the edges (mostly on my bottom lip) just to even things out a bit it just in case there's a tiny slip of the pencil or lipstick. A 266/263 or 195 also works just as well.

I know what sometimes happens at the store I go to is they get perm stuff in, but in low quantities and then it takes forever for a new shipment to come in. The MAC site seems to be better about always keeping that sort of thing in stock, though. One thing, the matte look is still very "in", so if you get them sooner, you will be very high fashion, but next year or the year after, who knows? Maybe glossy or sparkly lips will be full-force back in style and matte will seem kind of dated. This is one advantage of buying what you like right now, instead of waiting - just as long as you will use your goodies when you get them, instead of letting them just sit around in the box! :2cents:

So true! I hate sparkly and always wear "plain" eventually I'm going to have the "that was so last year" thing going on lol
