 I actually prefer the product photos on her site more than the swatches. The shadows are dry as hell like Richelle said. Also, that super zoom on the lipsticks is nothing new and it's annoying as hell. After looking at her swatches I just throw my hands up. Every damn time. It does nothing for me. Also, sometimes her shadow application makes it hard for me to see how the shadows will perform. She has an odd way of pairing and applying colors. Meh. Also, let me jump in on Temptalia since the asshole in me has been requested. I hate this new version of her site. All these added features that are supposed to be helpful actually aren't. I miss the way her swatches used to be presented. That foundation matrix is also a joke. Now, having said that I will say that overall, I enjoy her site. It's actually first site I go to when I want to see what a product looks like. I know some people have problems with her swatches or lighting, but I never have. Anything that I've bought after seeing her pics looks exactly the same for me. Her reviews are another story. I might skim them or even read them if I have the time and patience, but overall, her opinion means very little too me. I've disagreed with her too many times. I would've lost out on a few things if I was too foolish to try things out for myself. And having said all that, I like and appreciate both sites. You take the good and the bad.Be an asshole! Be an asshole! I was one earlier! JK! But no, seriously.
:lmao: Her lips look hit when it comes to the liners. I want to ask if she's prepping her lips before she applies those babies. I like seeing all the swatches on her, but there's no need to "test" them all. Test the lightest and then the darkest to see how long they last. The skeptic in me thinks it's pretty hard to test all those shades in a decent time anyway. I mean, does she sleep in them or something? I think her site would be just as popular and useful if she just provided lip and skin swatches. Also I still do not see why she(T) has to test every single lipstick. Her poor lips will be so jacked up...and they sorta already are.
:curtsy:Yessssssssssssss![]()
:werd: Thanks for sharing your assholeness! Always appreciated my dear! Did we ever get promo confirmation colours? Cuz i have them if we need them! I actually prefer the product photos on her site more than the swatches. The shadows are dry as hell like Richelle said. I was cackling through your rants earlier. I didn't think I would get to have my say. I was just going to sit on it, but I feel better now.:curtsy: :werd: Thanks for sharing your assholeness! Always appreciated my dear!
Girl, you know i don't hold back! :boxing: and i wasn't gonna say anything either, but someone asked, so i answered. :dunno: :lol:I was cackling through your rants earlier. I didn't think I would get to have my say. I was just going to sit on it, but I feel better now.
You know it!I still want everything. I don't care if the colors are dupable, it's all about the finishes, especially for the liners.
I am leaning toward this. I just have to figure out how to work with Runway Hit.Screw it imma get just get EVERYTHING from this collection !!! Because im so disappointed in the new ProLongWear Paint Pots
I do like her site very much and visit it often, but I stand behind what I said. I actually know of similar sites run by husband-wife teams that have amazing user interfaces, so I know it's possible for them to make improvements. It just doesn't work right. I don't know how to describe it. As I said, I really enjoy her blog, but the issues can be frustrating at times. After seeing all T's Retro Matte swatches, I am on Team All of Them! Ok, maybe not the bright pink one. Btw, T's website is an amazing resource, and though she is a major beauty blogger, the above-mentioned limitations of her site are due to the fact that it's just her and her husband driving the site after work hours. Could it be improved? Sure -- if she had amazing volunteers like Specktrettes. The one thing that drives me nuts is when she wears different warm and cool colors on eyes and cheeks. LOL. She's just super busy swatching, of course.

Agree !! That one will be trial and error !!!I am leaning toward this. I just have to figure out how to work with Runway Hit.
No she mentioned on Facebook that it'll be a bit before her reviews of the lipsticks go up as she gets anywhere from 4 to 8 hours of wear from these and most she could do per day would be 2-3. That's why the new paint pots reviews went up first.I think her site would be just as popular and useful if she just provided lip and skin swatches.
