Seems like I'm in the minority but I think T's and Karen's websites are super helpful. I live 3.5 h away (7h return) from the nearest MAC store (because for some reason 99.99% of MAC stores are in Paris so the rest of us can just go f**** themselves

) so I can never swatch or see anything for myself and good thing you guys and them are here otherwise I'd have to blindly order from MAC. Sure there are things that could be improved (although you can never please everyone no matter the hours you put in), but still I'm happy they're here

Stupid question : have there been PLW lip liners before, and if so are they really longer-wearing (is that a word ? :) ) than regular ones or are they like the new PP, same staying power and formula but more expensive price because of the PLW mention ?

All Fired Up reminds me of Moxie, me likey! I'm also sad that Fashion Boost is LE, come on Mac give us a permanent purple lipliner already! I already hoarded Heroine lipliner (I got 6), so I'm not sure if I want to spend a ton of money again to hoard FB. I'm also wanting Relentlessly Red, Flat Out Fabulous, Fixed On Drama and Dynamo (that's the only liner that seems really unique IMO, but I'm still happy with the others being perm).

I think it will be quite similar to Heroine, which on me is identical to Magenta. So does Fashion Boost = Magenta??

The only items I want from this collection are FOD and FOF. The lighter colours are unlikely to do me any favours (light + matte = fail) and the rest aren't anything to write home about. Comparison swatches might change my mind though.

I've started to rely on swatches from here instead of any of the blogs. I feel like Karen's swatches never show accurate pigmentation. Everything looks washed out on her, and her lip swatches don't help me at all unless it's so insanely pigmented that it has no choice but to show up. I used to rely on T, but I've bought several things that look very different on me. I don't care if the lipsticks last 8 hours, 3, or a million, so the reviews do nothing for me.

I'll probably grab a couple of these, but only if they're perm, as I don't get paid til next Friday. FoF is right up my alley.

I' d love to see these 3 swatched side by side.

But I will hoard ANY purple lip liner anyway!

On me Heroine is not identical to Magenta.If I had to choose one I' d always go for Heroine.

My list (right now anyways lol): All Fired Up Flat Out Fabulous...maybe (need to compare it to other magenta/purples I have) Fashion Boost l/l I actually really like Runway Hit! But can see it might be too dry looking for my poor lips! Think I might pass on FOD. OCC Black Metal Dhalia lip tar blows it out of the water to me!

I'm most interested in AFU, FOD, FOF and RR. I think all of the lip pencils look like those from Fashion Sets, which is good because I missed Embrace Me. I got Silly thanks to a lovely Specktrette and was able to snag Heroine and Ablaze with Tropical Taboo.

Hmmm... I just live-chatted MAC UK, and the person on the other end said that only the purple lip pencil will be LE. As this agrees (I believe) with what Erine says, I'm feeling optimistic again. I have a bunch of holiday makeup that I 'have' to buy, and it'd be good if I could put off buying these for a couple of months.

Should we start bombarding mac CS w/questions? lol.....FOD was one of the two lipsticks I was most excited about and my heart will be crushed if in fact it turns out to be LE
