MAC Retro Matte collection (September 12, 2013)

Now that I think of it I never received an email from MAC that my order shipped. I just checked the site and I got an email from UPS with my info.

I just checked, still says 'pending'.

Both of my orders shipped but I won't see them till Monday afternoon. Shipping takes forever to California!

I called my local MAC store and they confirmed with me that it's coming out on the 12th, all the lipsticks are permanent and I can B2M all of it! I'm not playing around with this one.

Her email said Flat Out Fabulous but even she felt skeptical about what to expect since the info from corporate has changed twice already (her words). She's the regional manager and she's here at our counter a couple times a month so I lucked up on her being there today. When I asked about B2Ming for the collection she said she'd let me do it for all of them if the info keeps changing because until a final decision drops she's going to instruct her employees to follow what's in the book. So...we'll see!

I didn't receive an e-mail from MAC confirming the order but when I called yesterday to see if I could be combine the package with my Indulge restock order, they said it had already shipped although the site said pending.

My order hasn't shipped either I was worried it was because MasterCard didn't properly change my phone # on my account when I changed my address(it's fixed now) but I see that it's not just me. I'm all paranoid because this will be my first delivery in a building and not a house and this place is locked up tight so they have to buzz me to deliver. (-｡-")

I think I may have got my UPS email before I saw the status change on MAC. Can't remember. But I think they both happened relatively close to each other.

Oh and she said the lip liners come out today in store (that may be why some stores are saying the collection comes out today). She said that even though online has the liners as if they are part of the Retro Matte collection they aren't.

Off topic real quick-do we get a discount anywhere off benefit? I don't think we do, but i wasn't 100% sure i want a couple of their blush boxes, including the new rocketeur!

I really want rocketeur but I'm waiting for sephora's friends and family sale. Let us know how you like it. I'd be curious for your opinion.

I really hope my Flat Out Fabulous is in good shape tomorrow. Calling customer service is one of my least favorite things.

Really? When I did it she was super quick and helpful. One of my heauxs had no cap and they sent a replacement via 2nd day shipping. No questions asked.
