RR is BRIGHT - it's like a matte Impassioned on me, but brighter - Party Parrot level brightness. Since it's perm, I'd wait and check it out in person. It's warmer than AFU by quite a bit, but I bet you could pull it off.

As for Steady Going, do you ever wear your hair up or tease it out, 60's style? I think it's extremely retro looking and needs hair to match. I totally can't wear it with my hair down - it's too natural looking to go with that very stylized pink. Gotta femme it up! Think Jean Shrimpton:
You could totally side part your hair and tease it up at the crown like this and then suddenly, Steady Going (not to mention all the All About Orange lipsticks) will suddenly make sense!

Here's a more modern take - your hair is long enough to do this:
I did check out RR in person but I didn't try it on. I liked it but I opted for AFU first. I want to swatch it next to PP in person to see if I really need it.

I honestly don't have much time to do my hair with 2 little ones so if I'm getting ready I choose to do makeup over hair.My hair needs more volume at the crown so I may look into trying to tease it a bit and see how it works out and then throw in SG and see how I like it! Thanks!

That bottom one is very easy to do. Just grab a piece from the crown of the head from one side, far over, and sweep it all the way to the other side, taking all the hair from the back of the head along with it to the side. Leave a piece in front of that part down. Use a few bobby pins to anchor what you pulled to the side in the back/side, and then take all the rest of it and roll it back to the middle, tucking it all in. Include that piece you left in the front, which you've swept to the other side. Pin it all in loosely, pushing up to give a little hight and voila, instant modern tousled beehive. Leave the rest of your hair down or pin it all up as part of the twist in the back.

I've been growing my hair out this year and it's long enough now to do this sort of thing, so I was on the hunt for easy techniques and this one really works, is 1-2-3 fast to do and looks super modern. Spending a lot of time styling my hair is a major no-no, but finding quick easy ways to pin it up attractively is a big YES!

ALSO: RR is deeper and a little redder than Party Parrot. If you already have PP and are fine with it, you could skip RR and just get it down the road when you've run out of PP. If you wish PP was less pink/coral and wished it was more red and not so light, RR will probably be the answer to your dreams! Personally, I find it easier to wear than PP and less of a chameleon color that changes depending on what I'm wearing.

Normally i wouldn t say anything like this but i m lucky to have a really flawless skin without spots but sometimes it s kind of reddening

I can recommend any Guerlain foundation. I ve tried a few and none turned out cacky or did something a foundation is not supposed to do

I've heard LDP is supposed to photograph really well, but yeah Chola, your skin is naturally gorgeous too, I bet!
I ve this skin no matter which foundation i m wearing. I tried MAC, Nars and Estee Lauer and it turned out all the same

enjoy it! when i was young i had incredible skin, but i never really realized how good it was. i did take care of it though, so it's still hanging in there - just not all porcelain pale anymore.

I've just shown your pic to the hubby and asked him if I would look good with dark hair like yours ^^ I always thought it would bring out the Morticia in me, but it doesn't on you and you must be able to do all kinds of makeup look, including super bright lips right ?
