MAC Retro Matte collection (September 12, 2013)

After weeks of having it, I finally got around to wearing Fixed On Drama today. It is crazy gorgeous. Applied beautifully and lasted forever. It reminds me of this generic lipstick I wore in the 90's called "Cherry Coke". I ran through tubes of that lippie in high school. I really really love this color and am going to have to pick up a backup or two just in case it isn't perm.

I'm such a hoarder by nature, lol..... It's a good thing I was not into MAC until early this year. I would have been comin outta ma ears in MAC Lipsticks, BUs and BUs of BUs!

Cherry Coke is SUCH a good way of describing it! Glad you like it so much, I'm gonna try to get my hands on this one somehow!

I'm so mad I slept on FOD. I was so obsessed with getting runway hit and now I don't even care for it, I haven't made it work for me. I should have picked up FOD when I had the chance. Ugh: and as soon as I was going to order it from nordstroms from the restock, it was gone!!!! I'm hoping somewhere restocked on it SOON! I only got Runway hit and Fashion boost plwlp. Next retro matte purchase for me will be Dangerous and Dynamo (or high energy. Can't decide between the two) lip pencil.

For those who missed out on Fixed On Drama, call your local Nordstrom. The closest to me had it in stock, even though the Nordstrom site doesn't have it available.

I went to nordstorms yesterday, they woman at the Mac counter smeed confident that her store would restock. She took my number and said she would call me when they do. Fingers crossed. Also they had every other lipstick from that collection except FOD.

I was 'all fired up' for birthday dinner. These retro mattes are the truth. Im sitting hear worrying about how I would look in pictures after eating. Girlllllzzz that baby stayed on my lips!!!! They are my favz!!!!

Does anyone have relentless red. Mines looks like a patchy mess. I tried using the baby lips with it but ....it's not working. Any suggestions !!!!

Mine works fine :dunno: I just use a tendertone beforehand and use the PLWLP with it and have no problems with it.

I just impulse bought Runway Hit off Nordstrom. I really hope I like it and that it's not too pale. But jeez I need to put my credit card away.

It's not particularly pale at all!! I think if you like peachy pink beige shades, you will love this!! =) Xx
