MAC.com describes a beauty powder blush as:

They are usually highly pigmented and have great payoff.

Here is a description of beauty powders from yahoo answers which is pretty spot on:
Beauty powder can be used all over the face to give color to your face like a natural warm color. It can be applied like any other pressed powder or it can be used to highlight depending mostly on the color you pick. While blush is used on the apples of your cheeks to give more color to your cheeks.

Hopefully that helps a bit. When I tried to think of my own way to say the difference between them I was at a loss of what to write.

i absolutely agree with that but i like beauty powders as well. i like using Flower Dew Mist over some blushes to soften them and using them all over your face gives a soft glow, if i had to compare them i would say they are like meteorites from guerlain but still those are more sheer than beauty powders which have more thick consistancy there for give you more colour.

that said my true romatic, stark naked and enough said are my most favourite blushes i wish i had back ups of all of them, hey mac are you reading this? more beauty powder blushes!

I only have one BP but I've not got a BP blush! I wana try one now...

I do only use my BP as a blush though, I have Summer Rose from LoL and it's too dark/bright for me to use as a highlighter

^You should try a beauty powder blush! They are amazing! The only bpb that I swear by is Eversun and I abandoned it since NARS Lovejoy took over lol

I plan on getting several things from this collection. Definately Rose State l/s and the Softly Drifting beauty powder. Maybe Sleepless l/s and Quinceanera blush. Hopefully the nail polishes are a decent formula so I can get both of those as well! Erine, what did you think about the n/p?

I'll probably get around to picking up Lip Erase from this collection as well.

Badlands Pigment
Softly Drifting Beauty Powder
Quinceanera Blush
Factory Nail Lacquer

If I Have The Funds:
White Gold Pigment
Kitchmas Pigment
Pale Lip Erase

Three things I have been wanting and have to get some time! But, we'll see. Since this is right before VV, I don't want to spend needlessly.

How about some new Lusterglasses? I love that lipglass formula.

I'm only interested in Badlands pigment at this point. All my beauty powder and blush needs are sorted with what I have currently. Still madly in love with Summer Rose from GMLOL.

I would love some new lustreglasses, that formula feels nice on lips!

It has been so long since a new collection had them.

with that! i wish they would re-promote little vi! that is my fave gloss and it is now dc'd and i can't find it anywhere!
