I got my SW stuff today and decided to pass on Refined Golden because it just didn't show up on my NC45 skin but I think I will go back and get it just for the cute compact. There was a little bit of shimmer but that was it. The SA told me that it would just look like a blush on me cuz I'm already tanned.
I got BNB and after playing with it, I found that if you put too much on it does look like poo....BUT if you put one layer and smooth it out on your lips with your finger or lipbrush it looks really nice but add Gold Rebel and it is a fantastic nude color!! I love it!! I'm thinking about getting a back up of this. HTH!!!!

Hi Everyone
, I have been reading the past 10 pages and you gals are so funny..lol. Well today I went to Mac to check out the collection and I got Gold Rebel lg., Tempting eyeshadow and yes, the Poo lipstick.lol. Actually I LOVE Brave new bronze on my lips, its more of a pinky peach with a hint of brown.. and no I dont see any poo..lol.. My lips are slightly pigmented, so maybe that is why the brown is not showing up as much as it is on those with non- pigmented lips. As far as the blushes, they are nice but I will pass..bought way to much from Grand duos collection, so I have to be good for a while when it comes to the blushes. The only thing I am debating about is where or not to get one of the bronzers..solar riche or refined golden.any suggestions

I haven't seen them both. I think I may be getting Mercenary, but I have this shade of OPI in my room in my hometown that I recall looking very similar!! I wish I could remember the name. I got it during a holiday season long ago lol I've always thought of it as a mocha color, but I can't remember if it had mocha in the name. I'll be able to see it this weekend. I wonder if anyone knows what shade I'm talking about?? |
Melody in Mocha. That one is more Mocha Brown than bronze. The other color was called Sonata in Bronze. I don't have that one to swatch for you all but I have 5 Melody in Mochas.

Eversun is a super pretty blush!! I was going to get it but I just bought NARS Torrid and it looks pretty similar on me...I knew I should've waited but I'll probably buy it when the F&F sale happens next month. GET IT!! You won't regret it!!

Ok, just say'n again...Nars Torrid IMO is more peachy not as warm

So I was all set to go get OAM and a few other things from the collection today, but I decided to give it the weekend and REALLY think about the other pieces in the collection that I am interested in. I am almost positive that I will go back for OAM, but I am still debating Eversun, and Soft Force. Liberated actually looks peachy on my lips when I wear it alone, so I will pass on Gold Rebel. All of this poo talk has turned me off of BNB. I figure if I can't get my hands on the things I want after this weekend, then it wasn't meant to be.

I think you will be fine....If you have a nude you like and love I would not even worry about BNB...and Liberated is really pretty on...much better than Goldyrocks
Eversun...is very pretty...but there are a few similar, not exact but in the same family....But I think with your hair it will be to die for.
