, you have enable me once again. I ordered PIP with my Mickey C. order. What's the best way to wear it and what brush are you using?

Just got my box!!!!

Feline wasn't in this collection, but I'll rave anyway- love it! So soft and smudgy and black and perfect! I'd buy a backup if I weren't getting Perversion from UD in a few days. Everyone who convinced me to get it, thank you!

Style Curve is brilliant! Exactly the sheer/jelly/pink/purple I wanted from RIS from VV. What a gorgeous shade! And the formula is to die for. So glad I didn't skip this one- I love it. Even after five minutes with it.

Too Chic is frosty, but perfect for me! Warm yet neutral enough for my cool skin tone to be a great highlighter. The gold sheen/pearl is beautiful and stunning right on the cheek bone. I'm tired after a long day, but I just popped this on and my skin looks glowy and wonderful.

Play It Proper, however, is the true star of my purchases. Elegant and I believe swirlgirl, you weren't lying when you said it makes skin look flawless! If I weren't trying to save money, I'd back this one up. But, I'll just adore it and use it slowly. Such a perfect pink sheen, and even though it's pale, it still looks good on and I can definitely tell I'm wearing something. Fantastic.

Very happy with my purchases! No regrets here whatsoever. Hope everyone else is loving their SY stuff. I think I may be the last one to get their haul, though, since shipping took so long.

Layla - So glad you are loving the b/ps! I am too - the texture is just fantastic. And you have me thinking about Style Curve...RIS in lipstick form sounds too good to pass up.

I'm not sure what magic MAC sprinkled in Play it Proper, but it gorgeous. I'll be backing it up after I recover from the Mickey C and Peacocky shock.

I'm so glad I ordered Play it Proper a couple of days ago. All of these raves! Can't wait! I got the pink CCB, and have been fighting urge to get Movie star Red. I am holding strong.

OMG - love that title - scientits in hot pants - its official

I used just a big ol fluffy blush brush. I love to use it lightly all over my face & under my eyes, down the nose & forehead with no foundation/makeup days (so I don't scare anybody).

If I'm wearing makeup - high on the cheekbones, down then nose, forehead, & a lil under the eyes.

Ooh... I haven't tried it yet, but I bet it looks beautiful over the chest

So -- I just came back from MAC tonight and got New Fixation and the SA told to use Movie Star Red as a cream base to make the color more vibrant - except that I'm using it on my eyes and I just saw the warning label that I should not use MSR on the eyes. Question is, is it really bad for you? I've used non-safe pigments before on my eyes with no issues (Grape for example) but should I go return it? I guess I could use it for lips but the primary function was for my eyes... :-/

Ok ladies and gents! I need your help.
So with all these collections coming out one right after another I am a bit tapped out on funds. So I am taking my one set of empties and enough money to get 1 more thing to MAC tomorrow. I am thinking of grabbing Something New lipstick from this collection. I would like to hear your opinions on it.
I missed out on Saffron e/s from MC collection so I am thinking of possibly getting Red Brick since I heard it is the same color just a different finish. So it is between that shadow and the Something New lipstick. Because I think I want to spend the money on something from the Peacocky collection. I tend to get one thing from every collection. I already got New Fixation pigment from SY collection so at least I have one thing!
Thanks in advance dolls!

IMO, the CCBs are lighter, which means that they tend to spread more and have less impact. I also find that they have more of a tendency to crease when used anywhere near a natural line on the skin. The colour payoff is much better on the cremeblend brushes and the lasting power (although I find all creme products tend to fade on me) is better on the cremeblend products.

Hi, New Fixation buddy! That pigment was my favorite product out of the whole collection! I know the BPs are getting a lot of love, but New Fixation is so versatile and a great, all-around red - eye and lip safe too!

I think Something New isn't really unusual in any way - it's a bright pink, and there are plenty of those out there. For B2M, I'd say you'd get a more interesting color in Style Curve, but even better, just wait for the lippies in Jeanius....multiple really cool colors there. For the rest of your extra cash - get more from Peacocky!

I basically agree with everything that Liba said. I think that, if you want some originality for your buck, Style Curve would be a better bet than Something New.

Yay! I'm also proud of myself - just one tiny teeny BP because I didn't own a shimmery one before. And no Cham Pale for me - wallet is happy!

Yes I did & it is Beautiful on! Its kind of a pink base red, but very nice. I really really like it on my lips too.

I got the pink one too :)

okay thanks :) I'm trying to cut down my lists for stylishly yours, cham pale and micky so that i can haul from peackocky. I was thinking of skipping cocnkney lipstick and the movie star red ccb if i already have just a pinch ..
Do you think movie star red and just a pinch are simmilar on the cheeks? But i want it for the lips too :(..decisions decisions..hehe
