I'm surprised so many people don't like wearing lipglosses over lipstick! I'm not a fan of how lipglosses alone look (or feel) and I always wear them over a lipstick or at least a lipliner in order to get the effect I want.

I am very interested in the superglasses if they really are super glittery, as I am yet to find a glittery lipgloss that is as shiny as I would like, which is very odd as I don't care for sparkle anywhere else on my face!!

I also don't like lipglasses over lipsticks. I wear liglass on its own almost every day.

And I will definitely not skip the superglasses!!

Me too! I hardly ever wear lipglosses on their own, especially MAC lipglass. It is too sticky and dry for my lips. The same with dazzleglass. I love them over lipsticks. I guess that is why I have as many lipsticks as lipglosses, because I use them both together.

i hardly ever wear lipgloss alone, i always have a lipstick underneath.
my lips are really pigmented, sheer glosses almost disappear on me. they leave a shimmer on my lips but the true color doesn't really show. i only wear lipgloss alone if the color is opaque like english accents or bobbi brown's rich color gloss.

so i'll give superglass a try!

i think the main thing about not wearing gloss over lipstick is that i don't like getting the doe foot dirty! and of course i can just wipe it off to clean it butit still gets slightly stained. also if i were lippie and gloss sometimes my lips feel over loaded. the only exception i have is dazzleglasses which i like to wear over lipstick because they are so sheer.

I'm getting every single one except for Tunnel Of Love (just not a wearable color for me). I am a glitter queen and grit really doesn't bother me, so I am looooooooooovvvving this! yay! AND it comes out on my Birthday week! <3

I just wanted to pop on here and say that I stopped by the store tonight and one of the other girls who went to update yesterday warned me about these. The first words outta her mouth were "they're gritty as hell! And when you take em off there's glitter all over your face, like you're wearing oh baby everywhere!"

We shall see...

I didn't have glitter all over my face, but when the gloss wore off I had glitter flakes all over my lips. You know when someone eats something and has crumbs all over their mouth before wiping? It was like that but instead of crumbs they were sparkles. I put it on at 3:00 and around 4 and half hours later that was what it looked like. I just put some other gloss on over it- quick fix.

I wanted to put that here since it will be a problem for some I'm sure.

Skipping these for sure, and my wallet smiles. How much product is in these? Is it one of those things where they charge you MORE than a lipglass but give you LESS than a lipglass? Hm.
