Feel My Pulse was yet another product in this collection I thought I'd be skipping, but like I'd skipped the past few of this color on offer, like Boyfriend Stealer and the holiday collection one. Once I tried FMP on, though, I had to get it. It's got a really good balance of blue with a little red in it, but no pink or pastel aspect. Plus, it's got a really great finish that's not as glossy as a lot of cremesheens are. It dries down to a soft satiny finish, a little like the way the Kissables look when they dry down, maybe a touch moister. It went straight from being a NO to a mega-YES. Plus it looks amazing with either Rhythm or Underdressed on top (Underdressed + FMP is just super gorgeous, either full strength or blotted down).

Caliente was the one I wanted for sure, but when I tried it on on its own, it was a little bit on the brown side for my skin tone, but nothing I felt a little lip liner could quickly fix, since it's got some translucency underneath all the shimmer. When I put Underdressed on top of it, though…WOAH NELLY - it is just glorious - what a combo. It also looks amazing with Rhythm on top. It's really nice to see a collection where you can really mix and match the lipsticks and glosses so well.

Sheer Seduction was an interesting color, but it was a little more one-dimensional than Hot Sass. Hot Sass is brighter orange, but also has that pink shimmer and sheen in it. SS is more of a straight, warm orangey brown. It sparked up with the glosses on top, that's for sure. I put it on hold, but I might skip it to shave off my total here, since I still have Hot Sass. For the right skin tone, it's going to be an incredible nude, though…if you're Asian with a deep skin tone, RUN and get it, because it's going to look phenomenal.

Altered Beige is one of the "good" lustres, that has plenty of coverage. If Cusp of Dawn was a little too frosty or grayish for your taste and you want something that's not too cool but doesn't have yellow in it, you will need to check it out. It's going to be the perfect nude for someone for sure.

All the sparkly glosses are just wonderful. I can't pick one over the other. Soft Serenade is a little deeper than Easy Lounger, but that makes it even better. I was rationing the heck out of Easy Lounger, which is one of my favorite simple summer glosses, but now I have SS and can be happy! Underdressed is just spectacular alone or on top of any of the lipsticks. With my lip color, worn alone, it looks a little similar to Sheer Seduction, which is the other reason I'm on the fence about getting Sheer Seduction. Rhythm is wonderful too and was more opaque than I thought it'd be, mostly do to all the sparkle. I didn't want it to be sheer like some of the bright pink purple glosses MAC does, like Revenge Is Sweet and was happy. I'll wear it a ton. The only one I didn't try was Liquid Passion, which I just don't need right now - sorry, I should have at least tried it "for science".
Thanks so much for this! I always had Underdressed on my list but didn't think to pair it with other things since it looked so nice on it's own.

Wait a minute. Why is everyone stalking tonight? I thought it was out online on the 16th? Or are we talking about different countries?
I was thinking the same thing. I pulled up MAC.com and was trying to get my stuff however it isn't up in the U.S. yet.

Are there any swatches of the bronzers anywhere? ( other then the ones on Beautizine, she only had 2 of them.)

I'm getting Ripe For Love only! I'm also planning on getting all of the blushes from the All About Orange Collection and a lippie! Sounds crazy but these types of peachy/orange blushes looks great on my skintone and I only have one which is more of a pinky color. So excited for Ripe for Love!!

I just saw an ebay auction where BMS was sold for over 70 Euro.

It's a nice quad and all, but at the same time I feel it's overhyped. I guess it's because we had such limited quantities here, that seems to make poeple extra crazy wanting to get their hands on it.
Oh, and the funny thing is, while the collection launched over a week ago and is pretty much sold out anywhere else, it's still not on the MAC site.

70 euros?
Now that's love!
Crazy love, but love.

Liba, you are making me regret not having tried harder to get FMP. It was already sold out at my counter by the time I got there (day 1) and long sold out online at that point. I swatched it half-heartedly and convinced myself it was similar enough to other things I had that I didn't mind missing out. Every post about it since, and especially yours, is making me wish I'd tried to hunt it down!

I still think Blazing Haut EDB is so similar, it makes FMP a tough sell for me, even though I'm thinking about it. They're not exact dupes, but once blended, you get a very similar look.

I think my list will be: two quads, RFL, golden elixir strobe cream. Altered Beige. Trying to stop myself from getting the darker pro longwear bronzer because I have a lot already (but the reviews are so good for it, it's tempting!).

I'm very, VERY tempted to get Rich Glance, Copper Strop and Life's Luxury pencils--has anyone bought/loved these? worth the investment?

So today I did a bronzy smokey eye with Soft Sand bronzer and Bareness blush and I just used Feel My Pulse for the first time I got it. The first time I slapped it on without a lip pencil, but I use lip pencil 99.999% of the time which probably downgraded it to "meh". I just applied FMP with Heroine lip pencil. Pretty...

So you prefer FMP with a lip pencil rather than without one? I can't wait to try the combo of Heroine lip pencil &FMP.

IMO it looks a whole lot better, but I am biased anyways. I prefer to line my lips so that the endresult looks more crisp. Heroine l/l (only used it to outline my lips) just made the colour a smidgen intenser and the endresult was more polished, just the way I like it...
