MAC Temperature Rising Collection (May 2013)

Now here is a question for all of you out there: If this blush is so very pretty that you shouldn't pass it up even if you have a boodle of peach blushes, then how many backups are you getting?

My answer is none unless you're a MUA. It took me the better part of a decade to finish two blush when that was all I had. I wasn't wearing them daily at that point, but now most of the ones I have are barely showing wear. Only Deep Throat and Douceur have a dip.

I know. Isn't that the truth of it? Sometimes I look at all my makeup and think to myself that I'll never go through all of my makeup. It's just not humanly feasible!

especially with mac blushes. they're generally a bit stiffer or something...i find they don't get used up as quickly as nars blushes, which are very soft. the only blushes of mine that show any dips are the ones i've depotted poorly!

). Although it's tempting when there's one I really like, but with the amount of cheek products I have I don't think I will finish one any time soon, and there are new ones coming out all the time. I've sold the BUs I had, I think the only one I still have one of is Pink Cult, and I'll probably let that one go too, eventually. But I'm not ready yet.

ok ladies. i guess i'm hearing the same thing everywhere....i started to rethink after temptalia said it looked a bit like ripe peach and my paradise. but everyone is saying it's special... and it's probably the most flattering family of blushes on me as well, so i guess that explains the abundance in my collection!!!

Omg, I love the term "Frankenblush" way too much, lol!!! I am totally going to add this word to my vocabulary. Mission for myself: Use "Frankenblush" during one conversation by the end of the week.

Has anyone compared the other Dazzle to Hot Sass? That one was one of my favorite of the Dazzles. This one looks very similar, maybe a little darker.

Funniest thing, I had just could not resist sharing......
It is nurses' week and we are having a week-end long celebration with lots of fun, food and festivities at my facility.
My mgr came by bearing a few gifts and tokens of appreciation including a certificate for me
This year they gave out some cool pens in a bronze box......pretty much the exact color and packaging look as Temperature Rising
I took one look and couldn't stop laughing and everyone was looking at me real weird and funny.
I was thinking about the coincidence of their theme and a pretty Mac item actually being enclosed in the box
BTW, I was voted by my peers and support staff for the Nurse Excellence Award in my department for the first time this year
Happy Nurses' Week to all the caregivers, support staff, health-care industry workers, everyone!!!!

And if you wear it with Snob or I Like it Like that (or probably any lippie with white in it) it pretty much becomes Playtime.
And it's the least drying lippie I have ever bought from MAC.

I purchased Feel my Pulse and 2 other ones this morning ( Altered Beige was sold out but I was lucky the 3 other ones were not, they are now ! ). Caliente has lot of glitters, Feel my Pulse looks gorgeous. I'll try them asap. I love the packaging and the whole collection, Bare my Soul is mine, it is amazing !
