Agree with this! The last time I ordered MAC from them was with the first Marilyn launch, but I ordered a wine aerator about a month ago, and they sent me a wine opener instead. So I called customer service. It took them a week to check back with me to have me "accurately describe" the item I received and the SKU of the item I ordered. Then waited a few days. It took almost two weeks from the date I placed my order just to get the right item sent to me. Raage.

These are the reasons I don't like to mess with macy's online. I ordered a ring from online and one of the stones were missing smh and couldn't return it because of course i was prego at the time with complications. Stories like these don't make it any better. I only order from them unless I'm desperate and have no other option which is hardly ever.

Found some drug store NP dupes, both at Walmart, both by Sally Hansen. Copper Penny 100 is the name of the Tropical NP dupe--I got a pedi with it and Love It! I have a dupe for Scorching Haute also, not sure how close that one is, but I will try and post tomorrow. Less than $7 for both!

I am NOT getting FMP, BMS, or RFL or HN, and i'm only getting a bronzer to get the compact, so it doesn't matter to me too much which one i get.

I avoid ordering MAC or any makeup for that matter from Macy's. Last time I ordered MAC from Macy's, they threw everything in an large mailing envelope and sent it to me. Fortunately nothing broke in transit, but the products were all sold out LE items. I would have been po'd if something had broken and could not be replaced b/c it was sold out.

They happened to have some LTD & exclusive Dior NPs so I was forced to order from Macys. Luckily, things went smoothly, but with all of these horror stories, they are my retailer of last resort!

i'm not a fan of lipgloss so i've never tried any by mac but underdressed is sooo gorgeous I'm thinking of getting it, but not if its sticky. Do the l/gs feel thick or sticky?

So I squirted out some of the strobe liquid to test on my hand and I do love the color I get, but does anyone else notice a smell? like paint or a marker kind of scent? I did shake it up so idk if that's the culprit...
