Seriously!Macy's has serious issues! I know Erine had issues with an order she placed with Macys. I can't get anything about my order online even thru the confirmation email they sent. I had to call the 1-800 number SMH They need to get it together!

Agree with this! The last time I ordered MAC from them was with the first Marilyn launch, but I ordered a wine aerator about a month ago, and they sent me a wine opener instead. So I called customer service. It took them a week to check back with me to have me "accurately describe" the item I received and the SKU of the item I ordered. Then waited a few days. These are the reasons I don't like to mess with macy's online. I ordered a ring from online and one of the stones were missing smh and couldn't return it because of course i was prego at the time with complications. Stories like these don't make it any better. I only order from them unless I'm desperate and have no other option which is hardly ever.Agree with this! They happened to have some LTD & exclusive Dior NPs so I was forced to order from Macys.
