I agree, I sure wouldn't mind if these were Retro Mattes...just as long if they weren't as dry as TTT. lol

TTT makes my toes itch trying to apply it. But I LOOOOOVE the color. I think the texture of it made me decide not to BU it. I can work with a dry lipstick, but for some reason that one was SO dry it applied too patchy. Even with lip balm and liner it still patches up on me.

LOL @ toes itch. It is a pain to apply properly but the finish and color is DIVINE! Love it too. Nothing is quite like it. I so wish they would either repromote it or make it in a regular matte finish for more daily friendly application. We could save the retro then for special occasion.

Retro Mattes run the gamut for me - I'll have some like RiRi Woo who apply beautifully and then others like Ruby Woo that go on crazy patchy and require a lot of work to get right.

Every time I go to buy something, I think I don't need anymore nudes, and yet somehow they end up sneaking into my cart...

MAC 316 lip brush worked wonders for me applying ruby woo and other patchy mattes. It also helps make difficult-to-wear brights more wearable for me (I'm looking at you sushi kiss and sounds like noise, throw in your sister Betty bright too). This brush is one of my most used.

Yeah. I've only ordered from Nordies once since I moved, and it took exactly a week. Ordered on Monday. Received the following Monday. I hope that's not the norm. I'll try again later... maybe with Heirloom Mix... All the lipsticks except Heroine and LL for me.
