I have been waiting close to 2 weeks for my FR to arrive jeez nordstroms takes forever to ship. Already received my pretty zombie lippie and I ordered it after FR.

2 weeks?! What that's crazy! That's not like them. Normally I'd say a week fine, but two?? WOW. Did you contact them? I'd try Live Chat; they get things moving quick!

I haven't yet but I'm slightly annoyed since there is no tracking....I'm going to call tomorrow I just thought well maybe they are super slow at shaping but dang I got my pretty zombie lippie in 5 days since I placed order and that's a small company so..,

Did they offer to ship you out another one or give you a refund? I would also check with UPS's CS via chat. Just before Christmas, I had a package that had no tracking updates even though I paid for 2 day shipping. UPS claimed it didn't look like they received it so Nordstrom shipped me out another by next day delivery. My original package had been delivered even though the tracking never updated!

Super bizarre they could tell me nothing, they kept disconnecting live chat, she refunded my money and said she couldn't place another order. Guess I will never try ordering from nordstroms online again. Oh well guess FR and I were not meant to be. Just weird that it shows it was shipped. I might try UPS and see if they received anything.

I wouldn't let that dissuade you from ordering from them again. I've ordered from them about 50 times and that was the first time I've ever had a problem and I've counted it down to the time of year. It's weird she didn't offer to ship you out another since it's still in stock on their website. All she would need to do is recall the previous order from UPS. That's what sellers normally do.
