What is the training like once you have been hired as a MAC employee?

You go to basic training... a whole lot of information packed into 1 week. You learn color theory, basic techniques, counter practices, company culture, etc. It's a lot of fun because it's usually laid back and full of thing sto do (also depends on your trainers...mine were awesome).
