I would've preferred Taylor Swift or Janelle Monae, but both of them were in Cover Girl ads before, so I don't know if that could affect them marketing wise. I love pinks and the lip gloss looks amazing, but Miley as a person is so nasty and shameless. I'll wait for swatches to see if I buy it or not, but so far I like the color choice despite it being an odd one for Miley since she often wears red and nude lipsticks.

It's like when Mac announced the first Rihanna collaboration and many people were against it because of the Chris Brown incident, her flashiness, weed devotion, and being mean on twitter. Yet the same people who bashed her bought nearly all of her stuff from her collaboration with Mac. Same thing went down to a very lesser extent with the Marilyn Monroe collection.



I think everyone universally agrees with you on this.

I always like to try and separate entertainers from what they're selling. I don't like Rhianna as a person based on how she acts on social media. I know her through my cousin and all around aside from liking some of her style choices and older music I don't really like her.Heaux is one of my favorite MAC lippies. Anyone could have sold it to me. I do get what you're saying but I think I would have been mad if I let my feelings stop me from buying things in her collections cause I feel like, I'm not buying Rhianna. I'm buying something she's endorsing. (At the time)

don't hate me..... but she was actually hilarious. her shirt is her face. we actually had the furtheresr seats away. we went out to get a drink and they gave us tickets that moved us to the floor seats to fill them up

I'm kinda liking the gloss, but the lipstick is a huge no as I have realized that I do not like super bright pinks on me all that much unless I alter the colour and then what's the point in buying if you can't wear it on it's own?

Plus I also need to go through my Pink Pigeons (I got x3 of this bloody color before it became perm) from the Strength Collection before I get anything pink again. SMH. Those were the days I get backups of everything.

My guess is mac employes put up sales and just get what they want and re sell it on ebay. I've always seen ''Pre sales'' there.

You basically pay upwards of 25 dollars for a 16 dollar lipstick. You get it ''first'' lmao. I would never unless I absolutely knew I'd miss a launch or couldn't have someone cp it for me.
