I can't get the damn lipglass to open it's like it's glued shut. Several family members have also tried and failed, has anyone else had this problem or have i just got a freak dud?

Hmm... have you tried to run it under warm water? The gloss could have become trapped between the lid. If you still can't budge it then take it back. No sense in pulling a muscle.

I wore the lippie today for the first time and I absolutely love it!!!

I am considering a back up, I haven't liked a lippie this much since Good Kisser which I have 3 of!

It was extremely long wearing and such such a stunning colour, with a smooth texture. I love how it looks shiny.

This is not one to be missed

Tania, You are so right. I was surprised by how much I liked this shade. I will wear it probably in the Spring and Summer. I prefer Pleasure Bomb in the winter or FOF.

It is so pretty, isn't it? I think I love the lipglass more than the lipstick though.

Try running it under very warm water under the faucet.That helps when trying to open a bottle thats hard to or lip gloss,nail polish. If that doesn't work warm a cup of water in the microwave for about 40 seconds. Then place the lip glass in there top down for about 30 seconds. I didn't have a problem getting mine open but had a problem with some Bobbi Brown lip gloss one time.Hope that helps.@mushroomteagirl

I got the lipgloss today and LOVE IT!!!! I am definitely buying a back-up of this! It is perfect, exactly the kind of gloss I've been on the hunt for. Now I want the l/s immediately... I was planning to hold out til the holiday set comes out, but that seems way too long!

I have and love both the lipstick and the gloss. I prefer to wear mine separately.
