I don't think MUFE HD offers enough coverage for acne scarred skin. Nor does it last very long, I get shinies after a couple hours. I would get a sample first.

Could you rec any good primers (face and eyelid) to use for our skin type?

EDIT: I see that you use MAC Matte. Is that a primer? They don't have it in stores here. Same with Oil Control.

We only get the regular P+P and the one with the SPF (which I'm currently using).

HELL that sucks, it's one of their cheap and really good product. You should get a paypal account. Always useful on the web.

What if...you don't necessarily have acne scarring but you have a bit of small red bump acne...does it cover the redness by chance?

Coach have you tried Pore Minimizer from Clinique ? Its amazing what is doing with your pores like you dont have them lol

You know that stuff you use to fill in holes in wood after you'd hammered nails in? I think I'd like to give that a shot for filling in some of the dips in my face.

HAHA....I could probably use some of that, too!

We call that thing here in Finland pakkeli and the same word can be also used when referred to make up (but maybe more in a humoristic and/or sarcastic tone) so you are not that long from the thruth

You def need a concealer. It covers a bit but not that much. I would recommend the DiorSkin Nude Foundation as it has better coverage than MUFE HD. It covered all my acne bumps and has buildable coverage. Even my Mom was amazed at how flawless my face was with foundation and little concealer. Just a side note: my skin is oily/combination that is very acne prone, lots of red scars and active acne.

I wish I could somehow put the SFF in the tube. I only have a sample but I was playing with tubes at the counter and loved it so much. If anyone has any ideas...maybe a petition to MAC

"Dear MAC,

Please package all your liquid/gel products in a squeezy tube from now onwards, because don't we all love a good squeeze? Makeup is supposed to be pleasurable, and squeezing most certainly is.

Thank you.

Squeezes and kisses,
XXX"

The more I think about it, and from using my sample a couple of times- I really wasn't amazed. Its good, but not fantastic.

MUFE still has my heart. Dior is awesome, and armani is pretty swell too
