I agree with you on the packaging, the design itself is just lovely! This is a beautiful collection to display on a vanity and the shades seem flattering for a wide variety of skin tones. I like how the LB blush looks on me, it's a very pretty pale pink

I got my Red Water Lily today but I'm disappointed in how small it is and that I got one with loose hinges. I'm going to try it out tomorrow and decide whether or not I'll be keeping it.

Ugh! I wished it looked like that on me! I would definitely trade erect compact for that...my blush and quad both stand up just fine.

It just became available on the Belgian MAC website. I ordered the beauty powder,ethereal orchid and the 2 brushes. That way I have a pretty compact and since I'm not sure about the blushes, I'd rather don't pay so much money for a colour I might not use at all (it's not as if we can really return it as you can in the US)

I actually got a call back from MAC CS today who told me the blushes are indeed 6 grams and they even changed it on the website to be accurate! So, looks like I'm keeping both because my Lily blush came today and it's just beautiful. It's soooo pigmented, on pale me I even had to rub some off after just a light application, but absolutely gorgeous and I don't have any similar shades in my stash so I'm a happy camper.

Sorry for the false alarm/drama over the sizing yesterday!

I'm planning on putting my little haul out on my vintage vanity mirror where I store my 'special' items
