MAC X Julia Petit Collection (March 18-19, 2015)

I really love Acai! It's really what I wanted Fashion Revival to be even though it's a little difference. I always wanted Rebel & since I bought FR & it was matte I didn't see the point but I have to get this and Boca.

Thanks for the swatch MACina! I'm totally :fluffy: skipping acai. Got waaaaay too many colors like that and I've sworn off vamps and rebel-like colors this new year. Boca and the blush on the other hand.... LOVE! :eyelove:

Rebel was one of the first lipsticks I bought from back and although I love the color I'm not a big fan of the finish (I always end up feeling like I have grease on my lips). Looking forward to Acai because its similar and most importantly is matte :cheer:

Yea, between Fashion Revival, Frank N Furter and Salon Rouge, FR is the most plain on me. Not a bad color, just nothing to write home about.

I feel the same way about FR. In fact I forgot I had it until it was mentioned in this thread. I don't think I've ever worn it out of the house.

I wasn't in love with FR either,it's my least used from that collection. Lovely colour,but I'm just so meh about it.

I should have sent FR back. It's not my favorite color either.

I've decided I'm skipping this collection entirely. I was initially interested in Boca, but I'm passing now.

I'm only getting Boca but if I miss it I'll be okay, MAC is Beauty is just around the corner.

I am the same way with Rebel, even though I have no issues with other satins. It's weird.

Good question. From the pics, it is clear that they were samples sent to someone, but she did purchase them and writes about it in an earlier post. Who knows!
