Whoever took this picture sure knew how to swatch/light. My guess is that Boca looks like this on similar skintones to this person. As Dolly says, it's going to change on different people's lips.

Huge Brazilian community in LA, and yet even the highest volume MAC stores that normally get even the most limited collections aren't getting it. Only the Pro store. No idea what the issue is. If its too light, you can pair it with the proper lip pencil, I'm sure it will look great
