That's Princess Beatrice, one of the Queen of England's granddaughters. I think it was to be a statement piece for publicity at Price William's and Kate's wedding. I quite like it even though it's a BIT much lol.

If I want to wear a hat/fancinator that resembles my internal reproductive system, I know where to go. Otherwise, no... Just no. But I do like that feathery one that Kate wore and SJP's
