Here's a very well known example...

Lol! This one is most famous for being just plain horrible. I think she asked for it. I actually like the Treacy fascinator Victoria Beckham wore to the wedding. Sarah Jessica Parker's Mohawk inspired head peice worn at the 2013 Mer Gala is a favorite of mine as well.
